John and Rebecca quickly bought their first home before having their first child, but now that they want to have another child, the house doesn't fit. Designer Hilary and Realtor David are ready to help. Hilary and her team will reformat the already renovated house to better function for the growing family. David will search for homes with enough space for everyone, and have a layout that works better for the family. When all the work is done, John and Rebecca will have to choose what to do with their house. Will they Love It? Or List It?
