When Darlene bought her home two years ago, daughter Jade was away riding horses for a living. But following some monetary issues, now 21-year-old Jade decided to move home and help with her mother's mortgage. Darlene loves the home and wants to stay because she has moved more times than can be counted on her fingers. Jade on the other hand wants to move to a new home that is closer to downtown and her desired lifestyle. Entering the scene are competitors Hilary and David, each with a different plan to help the family out. Designer Hilary and her team will conduct renovations in order to convince Jade to stay. David will show them houses in attempts to get Darlene to move. In the end, they will have to decide... will they love their home or will they list it?
