From celebrity clients wanting an out-of-town retreat, to mega-million-dollar waterfronts, Australia's top agents will go to any lengths to secure a new listing and sell sell sell. And while business is hot, their personal lives are even hotter, with massive milestones on the cards.

Gavin takes Simon through an exquisite waterfront home in the exclusive suburb of Point Piper with an eyewatering price tag, while Monika invites D'Leanne to lunch with a proposition. Tammy and Simon head to picturesque Palm Beach in search of a holiday home for a wealthy client, and Gavin puts everything on the line to beat his competition to secure a listing in Clovelly.
Pressure makes diamonds
The market is moving at a lightning pace. It's a seller's market, so for D'Leanne business is booming, Monika finds time in her busy schedule to organise her big annual charity event. Gavin is in the midst of selling two sought-after properties, both of which Simon wants for his clients. But with properties being sold so quickly, it's a race against time to secure them.
Sitting on top of the World
Simon and Gavin's bet to find a place for Delta Goodrem gains momentum as Gavin introduces her to a country estate that will be the perfect location to record her next album. Simon takes a tour of a beautiful Orchard house with Monika. This might be the one for Delta! D'Leanne turns her focus to family and everyone joins Monika and steps out of their comfort zone to raise funds for her charity.
Put a ring on it
Simon meets D'Leanne in Vaucluse, one of Sydney's most sought-after suburbs, determined to buy for his client before D'Leanne takes the house to auction. Gavin shares the keys to his success with Noa, one of his TRG rising stars. Tas has big relationship news and shows Gavin a promising new office space. Simon tours a stunning clifftop property for an eccentric new client.
I think I've died and gone to heaven
Monika shows Simon through a house built for fun complete with a 23 car garage and rooftop bowling alley. Gavin heads to Bondi to headhunt a hot new agent for the TRG expansion. D'Leanne turns down a 10 million dollar offer on the Sienna House but the pressure is now on to beat that price at auction.
What I was born to freakin do
D'Leanne has a nail biting end to a momentous auction. Business is getting bigger and better for TRG as Gavin is close to securing the new office and a luxury development is opening doors to a new avenue of business for TRG. In Palm Beach Simon and Tammy view a jaw-dropping property for a VIP A-lister, and business meets pleasure when Gavin and Simon throw an engagement party on the harbour.

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
