The team heads to Malaysia to capture a terrorist money man, Ralph Kastrati, who can tell the Foundation what the next target is. However, things go awry when a terrorist shoots Ralph in the chest.

To defuse an old-school Russian bomb, the team has to find the Russian scientist who designed it and his KGB handler who knows the passwords.They then head to Kosovo to find and defuse the bomb before a Cold War Russian ex-officer uses it to wipe out a U.S. army base.

Mac and his team go aboard a Berlin-to-Frankfurt train to protect an executive assistant who can testify against her crooked boss... who has sent killers to dispose of her before she does.

Mac goes up against a bomber who killed Mac's CO in Afghanistan... and is now trying to disrupt a UN peace conference.
Can Opener
To find out where a drug lord's base of operations is, Mac has to go into an escapeproof prison to free the man and have him take him to his base. First, Mac has to survive prison life long enough to make contact.
Corkscrew
Nikki hires an assassin, known only as S-218, to kill Mac. The killer goes after Mac at his home... and blows Mac's cover with Wilt.
Chisel
The team take refuge in an American embassy with the terrorist leader that they captured, and his men come after him. Meanwhile, Patricia considers what to do with Wilt.
Pliers
Mac and Wilt return to their hometown and try to help out a young child prodigy who is abducted by crooks who want her father to do a job for them.
Scissors
Riley disappears after the Chinese learn that a cyber-weapon has been stolen from the NSA, and the government thinks that the team's hacker is responsible. Mac, Wilt, and Jack set out to prove them wrong... and discover that they're right.
Screwdriver
Nikki comes in from the cold and tells the team that she's an undercover agent... and she can help them find a government mole that works for the mysterious Organization. Meanwhile, Jack deals with Sara's upcoming wedding.
Large Blade
After grabbing a war criminal, Mac and Jack's helicopter goes down in hostile territory. They try to recover their prisoner, avoid his men, and signal for help. Meanwhile, Wilt and Riley conduct rescue operations and nervously await for the new Phoenix director to arrive.
Fish Scaler
Matty sends Jack and Mac to Atlanta to track down a Most Wanted fugitive who apparently has a mole in the FBI working for him. When the two men get there, they discover that the truth isn't what they were told and soon find themselves on the run. Meanwhile, Matty holds performance reviews with her new team.

When Matty's goddaughter Vanessa is shot to death, the team discovers that the MO matches that of San Francisco's Zodiac Killer... who was never caught.
Hook
Mac and Jack head down to Louisiana to capture a fixer who can deliver the goods on his boss. However, a family of bounty hunters--the Coltons--get to him first.
Ruler
Matty sends the team to Amsterdam on a supposedly easy surveillance run: so easy that she sends Wilt with them on his first field mission. However, things go south when someone frames the team for a terrorist bombing.
Flashlight
The team heads to Hawaii when an earthquake strikes Hilo. While Jack and Mac help Chenand Keno of the Five-0 team, Riley works with an attractive IT man to fix the city's cell network and Wilt rescues a dog.
Compass
When an old friend of Mac's dies in a lab fire accident at MIIT, he goes to the memorial and Jack tags along. They soon learn that the fire was no accident and that someone wanted Frankie dead.
Hole Puncher
To find out who a new terrorist organization, Omnus, is targeting, Mac is forced to impersonate Murdoc. However, he finds himself getting too deep into the hitman's head. Meanwhile, Wilt and Riley try to find a killer that a couple hired Murdoc to dispose of.
Cigar Cutter
The arrival of a new scientist, Zito, sparks off an attack by the Organization to recover the virus and take over Phoenix's servers.
