Episode 1
The team clinch a collaboration with the winner of Love Island, Ekin Su. Product designer Alex is feeling the pressure, as she must create a whole new palette and foundations in double-quick time, and Ekin-Su has to love them!
Interest in Emma's new boyfriend is high, but she's keeping him to herself for now, as she's flat out organising an appearance for Ekin-Su on Ireland's most-watched chat show. The team watch nervously backstage to see if she will mention their brand and the new shop launch in Dublin the next day. They have the DJ, they have the security, they have Ekin-Su – but will anyone actually turn up to buy anything?
Episode 2
Brendan has finally been able to fulfil a lifelong dream – to open his own make-up store in Ibiza. Social media whizz Ciara flies back from a launch in Toronto for a photoshoot with actress Jac Jossa on the island. Coincidentally, her boyfriend, Charlie, is also in Ibiza, and the two of them try to sneak off together. They have been in a long-distance relationship for five years, so every minute together matters. However, it's not long before Ciara is hauled back into work. With just four hours to go, the shop is a total mess, and it's all hands on deck to get it ready for Jac Jossa's imminent arrival and the big opening – will they turn it around in time?
Episode 3
A cancelled photoshoot means Ciara and Emma have time for some sangria and a heart-to-heart in the Ibiza sunshine, while Eimhear hands the keys to the shop over to Lauren. She'll be staying for the summer to manage this newest addition to Brendan's business portfolio, while Eimhear has to get back to Belfast and find a flat before she ends up homeless.
Brendan is always on the look out for a new investment opportunity, and employee Jamie believes that Belfast is crying out for its own pancake restaurant. Can he convince Brendan his idea and his work ethic are worth taking a risk on?
Emma visits Eimhear in her new flat and is stunned when Eimhear reveals the reason she first got into make-up.
Episode 4
Ciara's travelling all over the world planning photoshoots and social media content for the company, but her best friend Michéal spots an Instagram post in which she reveals she's not feeling well mentally. Ciara confides in him that she is overwhelmed in work and complains that in Northern Ireland there is no culture of talking about your feelings. So Michéal arranges some downtime with her… axe throwing!
Back in the office, excitement is building for James's drag performance at the Europa hotel. His work friends are all going to see if Tailor Maid' his drag character, really can do the splits!
Episode 5
It's the Belfast Pride march, and Hannah is in charge of the BPerfect float. She has glitter balls coming out her ears when she finds out the graphics company have measured the lorry incorrectly for the planned decorations. Luckily, James as his drag character, Tailor Maid, will be keeping spirits high, dancing and performing on the float. Backstage, he and Michéal have a heart-to-heart about what it's like growing up as a gay person in Northern Ireland.
Episode 6
Alex is head of new product design and wants to work on her management style. She feels her team of eight often treat her more like a friend than a boss. Will a team building night out in Belfast help her reassert her control?
Ciara is facing a dilemma when she heads to London to see her boyfriend Charlie. He wants her to move there, but her career and friends at BPerfect mean so much to her. Will she decide to put her relationship first and make the move from Belfast to London?
Episode 7
It was owner Brendan's dream to open a store in Ibiza, but things aren't going as planned. The shop is not attracting as much business as it should, so he tasks marketing manager Emma with turning its fortunes around. She heads to Ibiza with a team of influencers to see if they can get people talking about the store and create some buzz with social media content at a mega pool party.
Back in Belfast, Brendan wants to empty the warehouse in time for the arrival of the Christmas stock, so he organises a warehouse sale. A thousand tickets for one pound, which get snapped up online within hours.
Jamie's torn between ploughing ahead with his pancake business with Brendan's backing, or going back to university to finish his degree. A chat with friend Oliva makes him realise what he should do, but how will Brendan take it?
Episode 8
Brendan wants to expand the brand from his own stores into a major high street pharmacy. This deal is massive, and he wants a classy launch to match, so Hannah and the team head to Manchester to engage the local make up artists in their products. James is put in charge of making a speech, but Brendan worries that James might make it all about himself!
Emma, Hannah and Ciara go for a day at a spa hotel, where Emma tells them about her serious back condition and how she's about to go for surgery.
Episode 9
Eimhear is feeling the pressure at work and opens up to Brendan about how she's feeling, and Brendan needs to find ways to reduce her workload.
Meanwhile, James decides it's time to open up about something very personal that he's lived with for many years and is touched when Alex becomes a shoulder to cry on.
Episode 10
It's the gala to celebrate 10 years of BPerfect, and Brendan's Instagram post about a big announcement is creating much speculation and feverish excitement amongst the staff. Emma hasn't been at work since her back operation but hopes to make it to the event of the year, especially as Hannah is bringing her boyfriend along to meet her work colleagues for the first time. Everyone gets glammed up for the black tie event, but it's all overshadowed by Brendan's big shock announcement, which leaves his staff stunned
