The choice of Rosa not to marry Carmine and his return in IPM creates bewilderment and disappointment. For Rosa it was not a simple decision and the only one who seems to understand is Carmela. At the IPM come three new prisoners: Samuele and Federico, from the North, and Simone, from the Neapolitan province. The commander makes a meeting that arouses his curiosity.

While the truth about Edoardo is revealed, Carmela tries to keep up appearances and Teresa, unaware, tries to contact the boy. Milos yearns for Cucciolo and Silvia provokes Angelo.
