Episode 3
Matt reveals his plan for increasing biodiversity in the woodland and planting the apple tree orchard that his parents Mike and Janice have always dreamed of. Farrier John pays the donkeys a visit and is surprised to find them living next to an unexpected new neighbour, and Matt visits the garage to see whether they've had any luck getting dad his dad's old Dodge up and running.
Episode 4
The ancient meadows get some new inhabitants when the family take delivery of some new beehives, while Matt prepares for lambing season and selects a ram with help from mum Janice. Billy the vet returns to check on the puppies before they leave for their forever homes, and the family reflects on the positive changes they have made since Janice's accident.
