White Label Burger
Pat Jr. has to make a custom burger blend for Michael White, one of the hottest chefs in America. Chef White has won numerous Michelin stars for his Italian cuisine, but this is his very first burger, putting the pressure on Pat Jr. to work his meat magic. Meanwhile, Pat Sr., the "Old Man," is determined to hang the signature LaFrieda Meats sign on their new place in New Jersey. Later, Pat Jr.'s worst fear: One of his butchers suffers a serious injury.
The Prime Rib
Pat Jr. and Mark are gunning for the business of The Prime Rib, one of the most famous steakhouses in Washington, D.C. They only get one shot to impress the "godfather of steak" Buzz Beler. Determined to expand the business beyond New York, Pat Jr. invests $200K in a new packaging machine. Now it's up to the Old Man to demolish a reinforced concrete wall in just three days.
Burger Re-Mix
Pat Jr. is asked to re-create an existing burger blend for the very popular, meat-centric restaurant Resto. If he can nail this burger, LaFrieda Meats will land a huge new account. But this is a real challenge for Pat Jr., who is famous for coming up with new blends, not replicating them. Meanwhile, business is booming and it's time to buy new trucks to keep up with demand. The Old Man proves to be a tough-as-nails negotiator.
Steaks on a Plane!
Pat Jr. and Mark go to Miami to drum up new business. They've arranged to meet with two of the hottest chefs in town: Michael Schwartz and Michelle Bernstein. This is Mark's chance to shine as the ultimate salesman. While the guys are away, the Old Man is in charge back at LaFrieda Meats, something he hasn't done in quite some time. Is he up for the challenge of a last-minute emergency order?
Grandpa's Secret Sausage Recipe
Chefs Mario Carbone and Rich Torissi want a classic Italian Sausage for their new restaurant Parm. Pat Jr. is thrilled for the chance to re-create his grandfather's sausage recipe, which they haven't made in years. The only problem? There's no written recipe! Meanwhile, the family business is growing and it's time to hire a new butcher, so Pat Jr. and Pat Sr. put the candidates to the test. Later, Pat Sr. takes on City Hall over the shop's costly parking tickets.
Emergency Steaks
Chef Franklin Becker from Abe and Arthur's runs out of Porterhouse steaks in the middle of service and calls Pat Jr. with a meat emergency. It's a big order on any night but even harder to fill with dull knives. On top of that, Chef Alex Guarnaschelli calls in a last-minute order for 60 Tomahawk steaks. 80,000 pounds of meat needs to go out the doors tonight and the butchers have no knives. This is Pat Jr.'s worst nightmare!

Worst Cooks in America
Chef Anne Burrell is back for a seventh season of trying to turn some of America's worst cooks into kitchen stars. This time, however, the recruits are seven celebrities who can showcase their talents on TV and in movies, but not no so much in the kitchen. Burrell competes against Worst Cooks in America newcomer Rachael Ray to see which chef can lead one contestant to make the most impressive culinary transformation. Actors Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jaleel White and Barry Williams join reality stars Jenni "JWoww" Farley, Chris Soules and Kendra Wilkinson in boot camp. The winning star gets $50,000 for charity and bragging rights for his or her mentor. Not all of the celebrities will make the cut, however; after an opening potluck dinner each mentor selects three recruits to be on her team, leaving one celebrity to be sent home before the competition really begins. Burrell is looking to extend her record to 5-2, while Ray looks to get the win in her first season.
Married at First Sight
Married at First Sight is an extreme social experiment that follows six brave singles yearning for a life-long partnership as they agree to a provocative proposal: getting legally married to a complete stranger the moment they first meet. Four specialists – sexologist, Dr. Logan Levkoff; psychologist, Dr. Joseph Cilona; sociologist, Dr. Pepper Schwartz; and spiritual advisor, Greg Epstein – create what they believe are three perfect couples, based on scientific matchmaking. The couples will not meet until they walk down the aisle and see each other face-to-face, for the first time, at the altar. Over the course of several weeks, episodes capture each couple's journey as they go from wedding, to honeymoon, to early nesting, to the daily struggle of working on their marriage. After several weeks together, each couple must make a decision: do they remain together or decide to divorce?

Wheel of Fortune
Contestants guess hidden phrases by guessing letters one at a time. Contestants win money or prizes, as determined by a spin of the wheel, for each correct consonant they guess. But they have to pay to see what vowels are in a puzzle. The contestant that has amassed the most winnings at the end of a game goes on to play the bonus round, in which the player can win even more -- prizes frequently seen in the bonus round include automobiles, vacations and more cash.
