Tyler heads to Harlem to sell a huge family home and meets a mom with emotional roots in the neighborhood. Confronted with the new reality of socially distant private showings, Kemba and Tyler throw a psychic-themed Open House. Meanwhile, Ryan puts the pedal to the metal with tours of an Upper Eastside townhouse featuring a Lamborghini showstopper. Steve invites New York City socialite Dorinda Medley to "make it nice" and help spread the word about Wiltsie, his upstate animal rescue farm, amid an uncertain market. Kirsten convinces her client to zen-out with a yoga-themed Open House.
