The New York boys are back for their biggest, brashest, most insane season yet. Fredrik lands his dream listing... only to find out that the seller may be his worst nightmare. Ryan takes on a $23 million dollar one-of-a-kind apartment that has never-before-seen features. Luis tries to take a step up in the NYC real estate world.
It's Time to Eat the Fish!
With Ryan's sky garage listing still under construction, he switches gears and represents a new apartment. Luis continues to try and whip Todd into shape, and Fredrik tries to focus on his new listing, which has monthly fees that rival most people's mortgage payment.
There's No Crying in Real Estate
While Fredrik continues to face more roadblocks with his cursed listing, Luis is sitting on a business opportunity that could catapult him into the big leagues... but first, he's got to make good on his million dollar promise. Meanwhile, Ryan is forced to show his softer side when dealing with an emotional seller who doesn't know how to leave the past behind.

After performing a miracle on his cursed penthouse, Fredrik is out to land the biggest listing of his career... but can the "Listing Machine" do it again? Meanwhile, across town, Ryan is on a wild ride with his biggest nightmare: an emotional seller! And Luis is finally swimming in the deep end of the real estate world, but will a shark named Ryan put him back in shallow waters?
I Ain't Afraid of No Ghosts
Luis' creative ways may help him land a new listing but being an overachiever might be the very thing that sends his seller off course. And while Fredrik is learning to juggle the delicate egos of million dollar developers, Ryan finds himself in an eerie townhouse with a few "uninvited guests"!
Bidding War Bitches
After clearing the space of any supernatural suspicions, Ryan relishes in his newfound peace of mind before he suits up for a battle of the bankroll. While the nitpicky demands of two VIPs have Fredrik in the middle of a price tag tug-o-war, Luis is introduced to a client who holds the key to his dream listing, and, a big dirty secret.
East Coast vs. West Coast
Luis' dream listing turns into a nightmare when a last minute bombshell is dropped on him. After teaming up with his new favorite client, Fredrik learns the hard way that it never pays to betray your instincts, and Ryan heads to Los Angeles to get his feet wet in the west coast market.
Where We're Going, We Don't Need Roads
Ryan steps into a time machine and travels back to 1985, and the only thing on this time travelers mind is will he make a huge commission before he heads back to the future? Meanwhile Luis connects with his roots by traveling to Puerto Rico alongside his New York clients... things definitely heat up when he tries to mix a little business with pleasure. And back in Manhattan, Fredrik's client pressures him for a 50 percent rate of return on a penthouse that he bought only 10 months ago!
I Dream of Jeanne
Now that construction at the Sky Garage is progressing, it's time for Ryan to shoot his Michael Bay-style trailer for the most important listing of his career. . .the only question is: will it be a blockbuster or a box office flop? Meanwhile, outside of Manhattan, Fredrik represents a new developer in Brooklyn, who has multiple projects in the works. But when Luis agrees to meet the developer with Fredrik for a possible team-up in the future, the two agents prove, once and for all, that they don't play well together.
From Pocket Squares to Pocket Listings
Fresh off his Brooklyn street fight with Fredrik, Luis finds himself amidst more drama when Ryan calls him for a mutually beneficial offering. However Luis is well aware that in the world of real estate, once a shark, always a shark. Meanwhile, Fredrik has put Luis' attitude aside so he can concentrate on selling his Brooklyn townhouse, but when the Brooklyn buyers stop biting, he has to convince his fellow Manhattanites that Brooklyn is the place to be!
The Wolves of Wall St.
Fredrik travels outside Manhattan again for business, this time to the Hamptons. Meanwhile, Ryan takes on a listing with a dance instructor who agrees to help him impress his girlfriend. Downtown, Luis holds a red-carpet open house at his penthouse on Wall Street.
