Change of Time (1579/1588/2016) - Part II
2016. In shock, Amélia, Tiago and Afonso face a reality completely different from what they knew. All they know are very different ... And there is no sign of Salvador. Portugal is part of Spain, Afonso and Tiago "advertise" for the army, Afonso will be a father and Mariana is alive! Tiago goes to see Mariana. Afonso goes to see his wife. Amélia is in charge of trying to understand what is happening. When he comes home, Afonso finds his wife pregnant, but also very different. Tiago finds Mariana and quickly discovers that she, in this reality, is an unhappy woman. Very different from the Mariana that Tiago knew. After some work, Amélia can discover the moment when Filipe I changed the History... And at the same time she finds that her parents were burned at the stake, due to charges of witchcraft. Afonso and Tiago, terrified, discover that they are monsters in this new reality ... And that their women are afraid of them. Even so, Afonso will be a father. And Tiago has to help Mariana. So it is with sorrow but no surprise that Amélia realizes that none of her friends wants to correct the History again. Therefore, Amélia decides to act alone. She's going to meet with Filipe I. She says she knows what the king done to change History. Filipe I, demanding to know who her accomplices are, sends her to torture. Afonso and Tiago are informed of the horrible destiny of Amélia and resolve, finally, to intervene. But when they arrive at the Ministry, they will face a terrible confusion with devastating consequences to all of the Ministry's employees but Tiago. He, alone, will have to figure out a way to correct the History and, he hopes, save his friends.
