When a man catches fire, dying in under a minute, an aspiring reporter sets out to investigate the mysterious combustion and crosses paths with a local psychiatrist.

Épisode 2
Another victim: a mother burned to death in front of her child; Despite mutual distrust, Louise and Gabriel agree to cooperate, but Louise has reason to doubt Gabriel.

Épisode 3
The deaths are now signed at each scene: MOLOCH; the victims seem to be deliberately targeted; Gabriel witnesses a fiery killing, and Louise searches for leads.

Épisode 4
Gabriel copes with his grief, and Louise is about to give up on her investigation, when Moloch summons her for a meeting.

Épisode 5
The newspaper prints Louise's story of Moloch's claims that he is punishing the wicked; Moloch reveals his next murder and, in his grief, Gabriel has a revelation.

Épisode 6
Louise runs from Moloch, and Gabriel shelters her in a motel on the outskirts of town; the fates of Moloch, his followers, and his prey are sealed.
