Mick probes the vampire-like murder of a college student and reconnects with a woman from his past, who is now an investigative reporter. It's soon learned that the victim was taking an ancient mythologies class taught by a man who claims he's a vampire.

Out of the Past
A convicted murderer who knows the truth about Mick's immortality is released from prison after serving 25 years. New evidence indicates he was wrongly convicted, but Mick knows he's guilty and will kill again. Upon his release, the man targets Mick as his next victim.

Dr. Feelgood
Beth helps Mick track down a renegade vampire who can't control his urges to kill.

Fever
A 22-year-old woman who is set to testify against an arms dealer charged with murder disappears after the safe house she is in is ambushed. Mick is hired to track her down, but when he finds her they are forced to walk through the hot desert, which depletes Mick's strength. Beth rushes to save Mick's life, but the only way to do that is for him to drink her blood.

Arrested Development
Mick searches for a teen vampire who targets female escorts he locates on the Internet. Of course, the boy is actually much older and only looks like a teenager. Also, Mick tries to avoid Beth after their intimate moment when she saved his life, but she wants him to admit that there is something special between them.

Mick searches for a powerful vampire from Josef's past who is linked to a drug-overdose case that Beth is investigating.

The Ringer
Mick investigates an arson that destroys a legendary Hollywood hotel. The probe is made more mysterious when Mick realizes the fire eerily replicates the circumstances under which his former wife, Coraline, died. In addition, a woman Mick is working with bears a striking resemblance to Coraline.

Mick tries to protect a woman from a murderous cult after its leader is executed and his followers vow to kill those responsible for his death.

Fleur de Lis
Beth gets jealous when Mick works on a case with a female photographer who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife. Beth then researches the woman's past and discovers the mystery lady isn't who she claims to be. As for the case, Mick is hired by a CEO to follow his trophy wife who may be having an affair. During the probe, Mick suspects the husband may be planning to murder his unfaithful spouse.

Sleeping Beauty
Mick hunts for an assassin hired to kill Josef and learns a secret Josef kept from him for more than 40 years. Mick also discovers the hit was put out by a dying man with a personal vendetta against Josef.

Love Lasts Forever
Mick and Beth attempt to rescue Josh after he is kidnapped by a vindictive drug lord.

The Mortal Cure
Mick discovers Coraline's secret to becoming fully human again, but he also learns that it comes at a high price. Meanwhile, Beth receives some heartbreaking news and deals with it alone, since she is angry with Mick.

Fated to Pretend
Beth is kidnapped by the person suspected of murdering her boss, and Mick must decide whether to jeopardize his newfound mortality in order to rescue her.

A promising Hollywood starlet hires Mick to protect her after she feels threatened by overly aggressive paparazzi. Meanwhile, Beth questions her new boss' journalistic ethics.

What's Left Behind
Mick's past comes into sharper focus for Beth when the grandson of his World War II buddy is kidnapped. The disappearance forces Mick to deal with some secrets from his troubled life.

Mick and Josef team up with other area vampires to protect their secret identities after a murder investigation threatens to expose them. The crime in question occurs when a vampire kills a human in a moment of passion.
