Everyone disagrees with the ideas but Pope is convinced his ideas will make Echo Beach a ratings hit. Is he right? Time will tell... With no Jonathan for this crucial episode, Sam is left in charge.

With the show also being £100,000 over budget, Jonathan realises in order to get Series 2, he may have to fire one of the stars in order to stay on budget.
