Shakyia's Journey
Shakyia was always chubby, but now she has stopped leaving the house and makes no effort. Her older sister rallies her to Houston to meet Dr. Now and lose weight, but she'll be in for a shock when he mom decides that caring for her is just too much.

Charles' Journey
Charles replaced one addiction with another when he quit doing hard drugs. Now his BMI is over 100 and he can't stop eating. He needs Dr. Now's help, but with his brother doing everything for him, is he too comfortable to make the trek to Houston?
