Doug, as always, finds a "world's largest." This time it's the world's largest doughnut at a local doughnut shop. After taking in the sights and tastes, they head to Hollywood. The family is excited to be in Hollywood and wants to see where all the stars live, so they hop on a Starline tour. After passing some palatial celebrity homes, including the Playboy mansion, the tour guide points out Tom Arnold's house, and the family tells the driver to stop the bus. The Clampets surprise Tom at his house and make themselves right at home. When the girls ask Tom if he can bring them to a celebrity party, he hesitates before offering to throw a celebrity party at his house instead. The family has the bus pick them up and take them to their entourage-style house in the hills. The next day, the girls set off to get a full makeover, from trying on $18,000 dresses to getting botox, before mingling with Hollywood's elite. Meanwhile, the guys hit Venice Beach and try their hand at surfing. The guys make it back to Tom's and their newly Hollywoodified ladies just in time for the big A-list party, but when the guests start arriving, the family doesn't recognize any of them. The family mingles with the F-listers, and the guys are elated when Tom pulls through with 40 playmates. During the party, the family gets the call that Michelle is going into labor. So they say goodbye and jump on the bus for the long ride back to see Jared and Michelle just in time for the baby -- hopefully.
