Anya & Emillie from Auckland
It's friends team Anya and Emilie's turn to host their Instant Restaurant and showcase their French, Russian and Korean heritage. But will their culinary journey around the world be a hit or a miss?

Julie & Matthew from Auckland
It's mother and son team, Julie and Matthew's turn to showcase their sophisticated menu. Around the dining room table, expectations for a good score are high.

Viki & Pascal from Te Puna
Te Puna married couple Vikki and Pascal are hosting the final Instant Restaurant. But will the pressure of cooking last be their downfall?

People's Choice Challenge: Barbeque
Tonight is a people's choice challenge where teams will be cooking on BBQ's in Auckland's Viaduct. A huge twist is revealed which takes everyone by surprise.

Glasshouse
Tonight our teams will cook a 6-course degustation menu for some Kiwi celebrities, all in the name of the Ngā Rangatahi Toa charity. At the end of the night another team will be going home.

Street Feast
Tonight our remaining teams take over a food hall, serving up top quality street food for the public. But it's Manu and Colin they will need to impress. At stake is a place in the Grand Final.

Semi Final
It's the semi-final where two teams compete in a sudden death cook off. Their task is to cook a 3-course dinner to impress a table of Kiwi comedians, and it's no laughing matter.

Season Finale
It's the MKR Grand Final where our last two teams go head-to-head for the $100K prize. They will both serve up a 4-course menu at two of the country's most prestigious restaurants.
