Kyler Murray and the Cardinals start their campaign on the road versus Derrick Henry and the Titans. Henry was proclaimed the NFL's Offensive Player of the Year last season, after leading the league with 2,027 rushing yards and 17 rushing TDs.

Ben Roethlisberger and the Steelers play their home opener versus the Raiders. Both sides knocked off AFC contenders in Week 1. Pittsburgh rallied for a 23-16 win over Buffalo, while Las Vegas outlasted Baltimore in overtime on Monday Night Football.

The Colts visit the Music City for an AFC South showdown with the Titans. The clubs have split the last eight meetings with the road team winning the past five. Tennessee's Derrick Henry ran for 281 yards and three TDs against Indianapolis in 2020.

Corey Davis faces his former team for the first time as his Jets host the Titans in New Jersey. Davis had 207 catches and 11 TDs in four seasons with Tennessee, but the former fifth overall pick left to sign a three-year deal with New York in March.

Derrick Henry's Titans try for their fourth straight victory over the Jaguars. Henry, who was raised in Yulee, Fla., some 25 miles from Jacksonville, has rushed for 1,014 yards and scored 12 touchdowns in going 8-2 all-time versus the Jaguars.

The Dolphins and Jaguars take their Sunshine State rivalry across the pond to a soccer pitch. The series is tied 5-5 after Miami's 31-13 victory in 2020. Jacksonville's James Robinson rushed for his second and third career touchdowns in that game.

Washington tries for its first win over Kansas City since 1983. The Chiefs have won seven in a row over the Football Team, including 29-20 in 2017. Alex Smith, who joined Washington the next year, had two total touchdowns in that Kansas City win.

The Patriots try for their seventh straight victory over the Cowboys. Dallas leads the series 7-6 after New England won a defensive struggle 13-9 at Gillette Stadium in 2019. The streak started in 1999 with a 13-6 triumph led by coach Pete Carroll.

The Chiefs and Titans meet for the first time since the 2020 AFC championship game. Kansas City won Super Bowl 54 two weeks after defeating Tennessee in that contest. Derrick Henry scored three TDs in the Titans' 34-31 win over the Bills in Week 6.

The Buccaneers (5-1) seek revenge against the Bears (3-3). Chicago beat Tampa Bay 20-19 in 2020. The Bucs kicked off Week 6 with a 28-22 triumph over the Eagles on Thursday Night Football. Tampa Bay's Tom Brady is two touchdown passes shy of 600.

The Titans try for a season sweep of the Colts. Tennessee topped Indianapolis 25-16 in Week 3 for its third victory in the last four meetings. The Titans' Derrick Henry has rushed for 977 yards and six touchdowns in 11 games against the Colts.

The Titans host the Saints. Tennessee has won three straight at home, defeating Indianapolis, Buffalo and Kansas City. The Titans' Derrick Henry rushed for 342 yards and three touchdowns in those games. New Orleans has won three in a row on the road.

The Packers seek their ninth straight win at Lambeau Field as they welcome the Seahawks. The clubs last met Jan. 12, 2020, when Green Bay beat Seattle 28-23 in an NFC divisional playoff. The Packers' Aaron Rodgers threw two TD passes in that game.

AFC South rivals set up their season series as the Titans host the Texans. Tennessee claimed two high-scoring meetings in 2020, with the division rivals combining for 157 points. A.J. Brown (TEN) caught three touchdown passes versus Houston in 2020.

The Raiders are on the guest list as the Cowboys host their traditional Thanksgiving Day game. The Cowboys are 31-21-1 on the fourth Thursday of November, including victories over the Raiders in 2009 and 2013. The clubs have split 12 meetings.

The Colts seek a second straight season series sweep of the Texans. Indianapolis knocked off Houston 31-3 in Week 6. Jonathan Taylor (IND) rushed for 145 yards and two touchdowns in that game, and has 16 TDs during a nine-game scoring streak.

The Titans (8-4) host the Jaguars (2-10). Tennessee topped Jacksonville 37-19 in Week 5. The Titans, who come off a bye, have dropped two in a row. The Jaguars have lost 14 of their last 15 away from home following a setback to the Rams in Week 13.

The Buccaneers (9-3) host the Bills (7-5) in Week 14. Tom Brady threw four TD passes, including two to Rob Gronkowski, in Tampa Bay's Dec. 5 win over Atlanta. Buffalo came up short against New England in a clash for the AFC East lead in Week 13.

The Titans clash with the Steelers. Pittsburgh seeks a fourth straight win over Tennessee after slipping past the Titans 27-24 last season. Diontae Johnson (PIT) made two touchdown grabs in that victory. The Titans are 4-2 away from home in 2021.

The Patriots look to complete the season sweep of the Bills in this clash from Foxboro, Mass. New England beat Buffalo 14-10 on Dec. 6 despite attempting only three passes. The Bills have dropped 16 of out their last 20 meetings with the Pats.

The Steelers continue their quest for the postseason when they face Patrick Mahomes' Chiefs. Pittsburgh sent veteran linebacker Melvin Ingram III to Kansas City before the Nov. 2 trade deadline. Kansas City dumped Pittsburgh 42-37 in 2018.

Tennessee finishes its home slate by hosting Miami. The Dolphins have won the past two meetings against the Titans. Tennessee's last home win over Miami came in 2009, when Vince Young threw three touchdown passes in a 27-24 overtime triumph.
