Heat 1
In the first programme of the new series, contestants from all walks of life will compete including; one of the founders of Parkour, a PHD student and a charity challenge leader. Also competing in episode one is Project Support Officer Martin Heald who lost his leg as a teenager and is a member of the England amputee football team.
Viewers will also see some very well-known faces having a go at the course in this series. In the first programme, JLS star and the husband of Ninja Warrior host Rochelle, Marvin Humes will try his luck on the course and Towie star Lydia Bright will give it her all to get past the six challenging obstacles.
Heat 2
Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris Kamara present the physical game show. With brand-new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever, and in this episode celebrities including former Blazin' Squad member Kenzie and ex-Olympic medallist Katharine Merry - as well as a 'Lobster' - are among the competitors taking their turn and trying to defeat it. Who will be triumphant, conquer the course, and get the chance to climb the 22-metre rope climb to the top of Mount Midoriyama?

With brand new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever, and in this episode former McFly star Harry Judd, GB Paralympian Dan Powell and a Rainbow Unicorn are among the competitors taking their turn and trying to defeat it.

With brand-new obstacles to face, the course is more extreme than ever, and in this episode Gethin Jones, Jenni Falconer, and Josh Cuthbert from Union J will be among the competitors taking their turn and trying to defeat it. Who will be triumphant, conquer the course, and get the chance to climb the 22-metre rope climb to the top of Mount Midoriyama? Anyone who can achieve that will make Ninja Warrior UK history.

It's the final, and with brand new obstacles to face, the course is at its most extreme. Having beaten off the competition, our finalists will take their final turn in trying to defeat it. Who will be triumphant, conquer the course and get the chance to climb the 22-metre rope climb to the top of Mount Midoriyama? The Neighborhood

When Dave Johnson and his family arrive from Michigan, they're unfazed that their new dream home is located in a community quite different from their small town. However, their opinionated next-door neighbor, Calvin Butler, is wary of the newcomers, certain that they'll disrupt the culture on the block. Dave realizes that fitting into their new community is more complex than he expected, but if he can find a way to connect with Calvin, they have an excellent chance of making their new neighborhood their home.
