Burned
Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray helps cheer up Nicole the day after she's left her fiancée, Morgan, at the altar and discovers Jason and Tessa have much more than a "boss and employee" relationship. Jason, sure that Nicole left Morgan for him, has to explain to Nicole his reason for spending the night with Tessa and his true feelings for her. Not one to be pushed aside, Tessa makes sure that Nicole and Jason don't have the happy ending they had hoped for. Meanwhile, Gabriel's luck seems to be changing when he befriends pro-surfer Trey Chase, who has invited him to an all-expenses-paid surfing trip to Tahiti . However, Trey's friendship comes at a price when Gabriel realizes that Trey is MJ's cheating ex-boyfriend who isn't ready to give up on his failed romance with her. Trey sets out to destroy Chris and MJ's relationship.

Ties That Bind
Convinced Walter Booth had his father's surf shop burned down, Jason is determined to find out the truth. During the investigation, Jason and Nicole discover a past rivalry between Walter and Vincent that leads to a startling revelation. Meanwhile, MJ is on a mission to win Chris back. Gabriel meets the girl of his dreams; however, she offers more than he can possibly handle. And Frankie proposes opening a club at the Grand Waimea to a reluctant Vincent.

Vice
Frankie's dream comes true when his club at The Grand Waimea opens with great success, but the dream becomes a nightmare when police detectives reveal that some illegal activity may jeopardize it. Nicole is caught between her father and Jason as they continue to butt heads. And Jason suspects Walter will do whatever it takes to break up his relationship with Nicole when he is nearly run off the road while jogging. Meanwhile, jealousy reigns supreme, as Gabriel's relationship with Charlie and her girlfriend Erika develops from three's company to three's a crowd and MJ and Chris find an interesting way to spend private time together.

Alexandra
A tidal wave is about to hit the Grand Waimea as Alexandra Hudson arrives to reveal the shocking secret that she is the illegitimate daughter of hotel magnate Walter Booth and therefore is Nicole's half-sister. Alexandra is armed with a hidden agenda and ready to take advantage of all that the island and the hotel have to offer. Meanwhile, Walter continues to threaten Vincent's ownership of the hotel and enlists Tessa's help to take over the Grand Waimea. Elsewhere MJ and Chris temporarily move in together and Gabriel continues to date both Charlie and Erika.

Bellport
Alexandra Hudson continues her quest to get to know her father while helping her half-sister Nicole find out more about the disappearance of her mother. With Alexandra's help, Nicole and Jason track down the Booths' former housekeeper, who harbors a dangerous secret about Walter Booth - a secret that will reveal the whereabouts of Margaret Booth and threaten Nicole's relationship with her father. Meanwhile, Vincent's ownership of the Grand Waimea is at stake when Tessa discovers information about his investors, and Chris disappears after taking a woman from his past on an adventurous hike, leaving MJ to believe that he has run away with her.

Leverage
Now that Alexandra owns a majority of The Grand Waimea, she decides to clean house by firing Vincent and promotes Tessa to be Nicole's new boss. Realizing that Tessa intends to make her life more difficult, Nicole quickly reaches her boiling point and loses control in front of guests - prompting Alexandra to fire Nicole, much to Tessa's delight. Meanwhile, Alexandra enlists Frankie's help in introducing her to the local community leaders, but her plan backfires when Jason shows her that running a hotel requires much more than just majority ownership. As Chris and Lindsay continue their struggle to get out of the jungle, Lindsay makes a play for Chris, to no avail, and MJ lets booze and heartache get the best of her and fools around with Clayton. Gabriel helps Erika out by getting her a job at the Surf Hut after Charlie leaves with all her belongings and money. When she doesn't show up for her shift, she jeopardizes Gabe's surfing career and lets him know that he may soon be surfing for two.

Illusions
When Clayton threatens to expose their slight indiscretion, MJ feels guilty for almost cheating on Chris and has to decide whether to come clean or find a way to keep their secret. In order to force Clayton into hosting his radio show from the hotel for publicity Alexandra devises a plan that will ensure his full cooperation. Tessa and Frankie have grown closer and relish their fruitful partnership, but they begin struggling with Jason and Nicole when they double-book the GW club with two celebrity events - one of which is Gabrielle Reece's birthday party. Meanwhile, Erika's parents come to the island to meet the father of their new grandchild and are hoping that Erika is no longer gay; after all, she is pregnant.

The Big One
When Tessa and Jason attend a fundraiser on behalf of the hotel, money and eyebrows are raised. At the event, Nicole pays close attention to both of them and overhears something that leaves her stunned. Meanwhile, Gabriel thinks about finding Erika, but is distracted by an offer that could change his life. MJ has a stroke of good luck that leaves her in a position to help Chris. But Chris has other plans and risks being evicted.

The Cook, the Waitress, the GM and his Lover
The aftermath of Jason's slip of the tongue has caused much more damage to his relationship with Nicole than he first realized. Jason decides that the only way to prove his love is to get down on one knee and ask her the ultimate question, but Nicole isn't so sure that married life is the answer to her relationship problems, and she is inexplicably drawn to sexy new chef Tommy Ravetto (Dominic Purcell). Chris accepts the business deal Alexandra offered, after coming to the realization that MJ is getting her life on track and unless he does as well, they'll never stand a chance. MJ's bracelet is garnering lots of bids on eBay; however, she may never see the money because the bracelet mysteriously disappears after her dad gets out on parole and pays her a visit. Meanwhile, Tessa and Frankie's relationship has been heating up. To prove that she can do more than just sizzle in the bedroom, Tessa tries and fails miserably at her attempts to cook dinner for Frankie.

Sucker Punch
After Nicole tells Frankie about Jason's slip of the tongue, Frankie confronts his best friend and lets his temper get the better of him. Jason takes drastic measures to prevent his land from being bought up by the Regal Hawaiian and discovers that Vincent's "antique" business isn't a legitimate enterprise. Sporting the Grand Waimea logo, Gabriel hits the waves in his most important competition ever, not realizing that Alexandra has made plans to ensure his win. Chris trains a boxing champion, who mistakes Chris' moves for much more.

Catwalk
When famed fashion designer Adrian Webber decides to launch his latest collection at The Grand Waimea, his bevy of models turns up the island heat at Christmas. After Adrian's hottest supermodel injures one of her perfect ankles, Tessa has to step in and represent the everyday woman in haute couture. Tessa's turn on the catwalk turns more than a few heads and causes trouble in her relationship with Frankie. Jason tries desperately to mend his friendship with Frankie and realizes that Nicole may be moving on when he sees her having a romantic dinner with the new chef, Tommy. Meanwhile, MJ's first time at a real fashion show turns into a disaster when she has one too many glasses of champagne and sees Alexandra and Chris together.

Shark
It's time for the annual Seau family barbecue, and this year, Frankie brings Tessa home to meet the family and most importantly, Mom. But Tessa has bigger problems when Frankie's cousin Marvin recognizes her as the girl who stole his wallet when he was drunk at the Regal Hawaiian before she started working at the Grand Waimea. At the hotel, Tommy gets a bad review and Nicole has to ask him to change the menu. When he refuses, their argument turns more personal and he fires himself, much to Alex's dismay. As Alex tries to get him to come back, Nicole and Tommy's relationship starts to heat up. Meanwhile, Jason learns that Vincent's drug-running days aren't over, and takes drastic measures. Chris accidentally leaves a diver in the ocean when another diver gets the bends and has to be treated immediately. He finds the diver, but the man and his wife threaten to sue the hotel anyway. Chris believes it's a scam and puts himself in physical danger to prove it. Alex appreciates the gesture and their bond grows.

The Ex-Games
The gang bands together and comes up with Jason's bail money. The cops will let him off if he agrees to wear a wire and implicate Vincent, which Jason refuses to do until he discovers that Vincent lied to him. Nicole learns of Jason's plight after her big night with Tommy and must decide which of the two men has her heart. Under pressure from the Booth Corp. board, Alex decides to increase profit margins by purchasing the GW Club from Frankie, and when he refuses, she devises a plan to snake it from him - an act that doesn't sit well with Chris. Distressed at seeing Alex and Chris together, MJ commiserates with a singer performing at the hotel and finds a musical outlet for her troubles. Meanwhile, Gabe is starting to get his surfing career on track when the love of his life unexpectedly arrives at The Grand Waimea.
