Zhou Sheng Chen is the general with the power of over 700,000 soldiers outside the capital. When he was young he had made an oath to never come back to the capital and stay in the western border defending the country. Cui Shi Yi is the young miss of the Cui Family, Cui Family held one of the huge power in the court. She was engaged to the Crown Prince ever since her birth. Ever since her father left the Cui Family after offending Empress Gao, she has refused to talk and has stayed quiet and not talked a word for several years. She uses sigh language to communicate with others. Later the emperor dies and the late emperor's child who was only six years old was crowned the next king. Zhao Sheng Chen then came to the capital, breaking the oath he had given years ago for mourning his elder brother's death.
