Simon feels slandered by Bo and goes to Gertrud with the support of the violinist Irene. Gertrud is worried about whether it all ends up on the front page of Politiken, so Jeppe has to investigate the matter further. At the Christmas party, Simon finds the skeleton mask in Jeppe and Regitze's car. It is Christmas Eve at Jeppe's house, and Alma gives her mother a rather special present.
