In an effort to entice a more attractive clientele to the hotel, Oliver mistakenly hires The Party Nightmare, a demon half-horse clown, for a little in-lobby entertainment that unexpectedly turns the entire hotel into a nonstop rave from hell. Oliver must stop the Party Nightmare before everyone, including Oscar and himself, are shot and forced to dance themselves to death.

On his first day in charge, Oliver wakes to find the hotel guests in a frenzy -- there’s no food! When the resident Octochef refuses to gather ingredients for the hotel’s breakfast service, Oliver must venture deep into the icy tundra of the hotel’s refrigerator to find food to prevent all of the guests from starving to death. But as he goes deeper into the fridge, he meets the Tribe of Lost and Forgotten Food Creatures, who turn out to be anything but accommodating to Oliver's request.
