Sylvan (4)
Five-year-old Sylvan lives in a city with big brothers Gabriel and Max, older sister Megan, Mum, Dad and dogs Baloo and Tooie. The first task of the day is to help Mum clean the house, and Sylvan comes up with a fun way to change the sheets! Then, Sylvan, Megan, Mum and Dad take a trip to Edinburgh Castle. Sylvan decides he wants to be a knight when he grows up, and so dresses up as one when he gets home. He battles a pretend dragon with Gabriel's help, then plays hide and seek with Maid Megan.

Sylvan helps Dad make pancakes for breakfast for the whole family before they take a trip to a local flower garden to get some ideas for nature pictures. Back at home, Sylvan uses the photos he took, along with some things he collected, to make a beautiful collage. After a busy day, it's time for Sylvan to head to bed - dressed as a superhero! Mum reads him one of his favourite bedtime stories and kisses him goodnight.
Eva (3)
After waking up at Mum's house and giving baby brother Ben a tickle, five-year-old Eva packs her things ready to go to Dad's house. When she arrives, he has something special planned for the day - camping! Dad sets up the tent and Eva plays football. After all the running around it's time for some food - hot dogs - before heading home to bed.
Eva (4)
Eva has some big plans for a spooky Halloween party. Eva, Mum and stepdad Karl decorate their flat to make it look like a haunted house and play a trick on best friend April. The girls then take turns to guess what's in the mystery box. The rest of the family arrives for the party, and everyone puts on fancy dress outfits before taking part in some traditional Halloween games.

Mum and baby brother Ben wake up Eva so she can get ready for the day ahead. She doesn't have breakfast at her Mum's house because she's going to her Dad's instead. They make delicious pancakes before making their way to Eva's school. After school, Eva goes to her best friend April's house to play with her pet hamster, Lucy. Back at home Eva plays hide-and-seek with Bobby the Bear and stepdad Karl, then it's time to settle down with story time.
Gracie and Myla (4)
Six-year-old Gracie and five-year-old Myla use papier mache to make a pinata with Dad that's filled with goodies. They decide to name it Reuben, before taking turns to break it open with a wooden spoon. The girls also dress up as astronauts and take a trip to space, thanks to Mum's home-made rocket ship, but some strange things happen on the moon when they're there!
Gracie and Myla (5)
Gracie and Myla help Dad out with his work as a window cleaner. Will they be able to do a good enough job to get a reward? When they get home, the girls play some tricks with help from Mum by hiding in the garden to surpise Dad and Billy. They also set about painting their nails before turning on Dad to beautify him too!
Noah (3)
Four-year-old Noah gets ready for school by putting on a brand new uniform, given to him by his grandparents, and having a race with Mum to put on his shoes before she can brush her teeth! After school, Noah calls Granny and Granddad to thank them for the gift. Then, Granny comes to visit and takes Noah to one of their favourite places, a cafe by the beach, to have a teacake. After eating, they have a race to the sea - but who will win, Noah or Granny?

Today is a special day for Sketch, Noah's family dog. It's his birthday, and Noah has some big plans in store! The day gets underway with hanging decorations and cake baking with Dad, as well as making a card and wrapping a special present with Mum. Noah has a long list of guests for the party including Mum, Dad, brother Reuben and all his cuddly toys. Once everyone arrives, it's time to celebrate - happy birthday Sketch!

Noah helps his dad bathe his little brother, Reuben, who is having a splashing time! Outside, Noah and Dad start washing the car, but it isn't long before Noah decides he would rather wash his dad, ending up in a water fight. Then, it's bedtime for Noah. After reading a story about a family, it's time to say goodnight.

Honu (5)
Honu visits the beach with his mum, grandparents and friend Jacob. The boys have lots of fun chasing the waves and exploring, but will Honu be able to get Jacob's net back when he drops it behind a rock? Back home, Honu makes a colourful picture of his name using sand he collected at the beach, before finishing the day with a nice mug of homemade hot chocolate on the sofa with Mum.
Oak and Bodhi (3)
Six-year-old Oak and four-year-old Bodhi are moving house! The morning starts at the old flat where the boys get ready for school and play one last game with their toy robot. Dad takes them to school using an unusual, but very fun, form of transport! After school, Oak and Bodhi go to their new house, and it turns out Dad has got into a bit of a muddle with some of their things - it's Oak to the rescue!

Oak and Bodhi spend the day with Dad while Mum is at work. The boys build their very own pretend hotel, complete with a restaurant and bedrooms! Oak is the manager, and Bodhi is the chef. Bodhi makes an unusual lunch for the guest of honour, Dad, who then must move rooms after a mix-up. Later, Dad and the boys head to the beach for Oak to try out some bodyboarding, but will he be able to stay on the board?

It's our final visit to brothers six-year-old Oak and four-year-old Bodhi, and they have a busy day in store. First, a breakfast of porridge and yummy runny honey for Bodhi, before the family heads off to a climbing centre. It's Bodhi's first time, so he's a little wary, but Oak is more confident and plans to make it the top. Later, when they visit a local beach, the family is flying kites by a big rock - and Bodhi decides he wants to practise his climbing! Will he be able to reach the top and finally become king of the world?

After attending a medical conference in Beijing and coming frighteningly close to dying in a car crash, Dr. Matthew Nolan arrives home and is immediately arrested at London's Heathrow Airport.
