OVNI(s) - Season 2

Season 2

Episodes

Épisode 1
Didier and Véra spent a year travelling through France in their van to find information about the strange phenomenon - to no avail. When Didier realises that his whole family thinks he is a madman who believes in flying saucers, he gives up his UFO research with Véra and goes back to work as an engineer at CNES. But when a giant cotton candy appears out of nowhere in a nuclear power plant, Didier realises that the phenomenon has struck again.

Épisode 2
Just as Didier and Véra begin to understand that the cotton candy is linked to the UFOs, the GEPAN team is caught by security guards. Didier, who works as an engineer at CNES but also secretly conducts investigations, tries to convince the head of GEPAN, André, that this is a real UFO event, but he has abandoned his previous beliefs. In the meantime, Rémy has noticed that he has been causing inexplicable disturbances in the computers since the break-in at the power plant...

Épisode 3
Didier and Véra present their findings on the cotton candy to Fontmichel and explain to him that they may be able to communicate with the aliens. But Claire Carmignac, an advisor to the Ministry of Energy, who considers Didier a failed scientist, has no time for his crazy theories and refuses to let him continue his experiments at the power plant. Meanwhile, Fontmichel has removed the cotton candy, fearing that it will delay the opening of his power plant.

Épisode 4
In the strictest secrecy, Didier has hacked the CNES satellite dish to make contact with the aliens. But Claire jeopardizes his experiment by revealing the cotton candy incident on television! When Elise finds out what is going on and Didier has to tell her everything, she fires him from CNES.

Épisode 5
Didier tries to understand why contact with the aliens has been lost. A group of UFO enthusiasts demand Didier's reinstatement and the truth about the cotton candy in front of the CNES headquarters. Élise is so angry that Didier is encouraging the protesters under her windows that she reveals a secret that Diane had shared with her: Didier was on LSD when he saw the UFO in Larzac.

Épisode 6
Véra and Rémy try to decipher the language on the answering machine, while Didier goes back to the swamp with Claire to understand how the cotton candy works. He finds out that the magical powers of the cotton candy are triggered by a song by François Duluc, who is now a singer! Claire and Didier are convinced that they have made a revolutionary discovery: cotton candy that generates infinite energy when it comes into contact with music!

Épisode 7
Didier searches (unsuccessfully) for Claire and the cotton candy, hoping to reestablish contact with the aliens and understand their message. To delve into her childhood memories, Véra contacts a hypnotist, but unfortunately, in the presence of the doctor, Véra proves resistant to hypnosis - unlike Didier, who is inadvertently hypnotized!

Épisode 8
Véra wants to use her mind to help the aliens prevent the impending catastrophe, while Didier, who takes a more practical approach, tries to find the star that is about to explode. So he takes advantage of a visit to his daughter Diane's university to explore the library's extensive astronomy section.

Épisode 9
The GEPAN team must find a way to prevent Claire's experiment, which is scheduled to take place that very evening! In desperation, Didier asks Élise to help him save the world. Didier has one last idea: he wants to take advantage of François Duluc's appearance on a TV charity show to remotely activate the cotton candy and disable the particle accelerator, thus preventing a catastrophe.

Épisode 10
He tells her the story of the tribe that was teleported from its homeland of Siberia to a doomed planet after encountering mysterious 'moon men' with supernatural powers, who the shaman says are floating, human-like aliens. Before helping the Inuit return to Siberia, Didier wants to prove that they lived on an exoplanet.

Épisode 11
Several pilots and control towers around the world register hundreds of approaching UFOs on their radar, indicating a possible alien invasion. Claire tells Didier that she has been contacted by Delbrosse, his former enemy who has returned from the afterlife.

Épisode 12
Everything is ready for the Inuit's journey to Tahiti. Didier and Marcel try to set a trap for Delbrosse to get her arrested, but they fail: she has already warned the police that there are 'illegal immigrants' at GEPAN!
