På Fisketur Med Bård og Lars - Season 2
Season 2
Episodes
Finnmarksvidda
Join Bård Tufte Johansen and Lars Lenth on a different fishing trip. In this first programme, they are going on a char expedition in Finnmark. But Bård and Lars, who have grown a bit tired of each other, want to bring a third person with them and have entrance exams where, among other things, Oddvar Brå is one of the candidates. (1:8)
Island
Bård Tufte Johansen and Lars Lenth have always dreamed of going to Iceland. Lars dreams of catching a trout of over two kilos, while Bård has more noble intentions, he is looking for his old flame, Miss World 1986. In addition, Bård manages to fart in the holy springs in Iceland, and gets a group of elves after themselves. (2:8)
Alta
Altaelva is the world's most famous salmon river, and Bård Tufte Johansen and Lars Lenth have (with the help of NRK) been given four days in the mythical river. Here they meet both Frank from Alta and H.M. King Harald of Oslo. In addition, Bård manages to blow up the dam. (3:8)
Skien
Bård Tufte Johansen and Lars Lenth have argued for a number of years about where it is best to fish, Skien or Nordmarka. Since Bård is from Skien and Lars is from Bærum, they have never agreed. The stage is therefore set for something as unusual as a fishing duel between Skien and Nordmarka. In addition to trout, we get to meet Poles and landowners. (4:8)
Finland
In early May, Finland is a true pike paradise. And since Bård Tufte Johansen is an old pike king, he wants to put Finland at his feet. Pike fishing with a fly is new and difficult for Lars Lenth, so he would rather go on a snail safari and be entertained by clowns. (5:8)
Kola-halvøya
The first time Lars and Bård went on a fishing trip to Russia, they stayed at the airport in Murmansk for five days. But this time it's going better. At least they get out on the tundra. There they meet party tents, wolverines, young Russians and old Norwegians and big fish. Join a different travel fishing program. (6:8)
På leting etter elven
On a beautiful autumn day when we are out in the shed looking for old clothes and cans, we find a tired Villmarksliv from 1977 with an article with a picture of a fellow who has caught a trout of six kilos on a dry fly in an unnamed river in Eastern Norway. In our manic search for the river of our dreams, we sneak in brook trout fishing in Southern Norway, eating plaice at roadside inns, visiting a fortune teller, grayling fishing in Trysil, whitefish fishing in the Åkrestrømmen and trout fishing at Røros, before it all culminates in Hemsedal and Hallingdal. We grow significantly as people in these weeks, and Bård gets his theory that cows are dangerous to life confirmed. (7:8)
Siste reis med fiskerne
Winter is a sad time for Norwegian fly fishermen. Depression, eczema and diabetes spread, but some refuse to give up. Bård and Lars defy pathological depression and head out to Fornebulandet in the Oslofjord to test their strength with the enigmatic cod. This goes well, but not well enough, and they decide - naturally - to take a short trip to Abaco in the Bahamas to fish for "the world's strongest fish" - bonefish - instead. Also, we get "dream sequences" from previous trips. What an ending! (8:8)
