Paul Hollywood begins his journey by exploring the movie metropolis that is New York. He follows in the culinary footsteps of Hollywood greats to enjoy traditional bagels, twice-baked pizza and the opportunity to bake the ultimate ricotta cheesecake with legend Brian Cox. The icing on the cake is collecting a modified Harley Davidson specially designed for his epic journey. Back at home, Paul pays homage to his time in New York by baking the ultimate Big Apple Tarte Tatin.
Deep South, Savannah, New Orleans
Paul Hollywood heads towards the warmer shores of America's Deep South. Savannah is one of the nation's most-popular urban film sets with restaurants offering proper down-home food, Georgia style. Paul runs in the footsteps of Forrest Gump, meets an ice cream maestro movie producer and samples spicy local shrimp on a bed of rustic grits. Then onto New Orleans, city of jazz and a movie backdrop for the likes of Elvis Presley and James Bond, where he gets to taste an unforgettable gumbo and the city's famous sweet beignet fritters. Back home, Paul bakes a Deep South breakfast favorite, Monkey Bread.
Wild West, Santa Fe, New Mexico
Paul Hollywood arrives in New Mexico to explore the dishes of the Wild West celebrating beef, beans and bread -- the staples of cowboys and food lovers today. In the city of Santa Fe, he enjoys chili burgers, Mexican mole and the best brisket in town. Then, he walks in the footsteps of acting legends at Bonanza Creek Ranch and Acoma Pueblo, the settings for many iconic Western films. At home, Paul cooks a Santa Fe favorite, traditional Chili with Cornbread.
Los Angeles
Paul Hollywood's epic road trip across the United States culminates in the city that celebrates his name. He arrives in Los Angeles just in time to meet a notable "friend" and enjoys the best tacos north of the Mexican border with Lois Lane herself. He samples Moroccan food loved by the Hollywood jet set and learns the secret of how to cook the perfect pot roast. At home, Paul cooks a classic LA Beef Sandwich.

Married at First Sight, the extreme social experiment where four couples will meet for the very first time on their wedding day. Three top relationship experts are controlling this radical experiment involving eight Aussie singles, using a mix of neuroscience and psychology to try to create four perfect matches. Relationship psychologist John Aiken has interviewed single applicants across the nation and built a detailed personal profile for each one. Neuropsychotherapist Dr Trisha Stratford compiled the detailed neurological profiles. And psychologist Sabina Read met the applicants in their own environment to prepare to pair them with the most suitable partners. These four extremely brave and hopeful couples will face the most terrifying wedding imaginable – tying the knot with someone they have never laid eyes on.
Amandaland
Following three series of the Merman-produced, BAFTA award-winning series Motherland, a brand-new spin-off, Amandaland, is coming to the BBC, focused on Amanda.
Post her divorce, Amanda has had to downsize and up sticks to South Harlesden, or as the Estate Agent calls it SoHa (definitely not the area around Wormwood Scrubs prison).
With both Manus and Georgie now at secondary school, Amanda has to try and get her head around raising teenagers, dealing with modern motherhood horrors like teenage drinking, fake Instagram accounts and eco anxiety. Not even a woman as certain of her parenting as Amanda can deal with these nightmares alone.
Then there's Amanda's mother Felicity who is constantly around, and completely in denial that she is, in fact, lonely. Theirs is a slightly unhealthy co-dependent relationship based on backhanded compliments and veiled snipes about her new home.
After a brief spell of freedom, Anne is sucked back into being Amanda's minion to help her navigate the social scene with the other parents at the children's new school. Thank God for Anne.
