When he leaves the room for a moment, the kids decide to pop the popcorn themselves, so they can surprise him when he comes back in. What results is a pandemonious flooding of popped corn!

The kids then try and rake up enough money (via odd jobs and just plain begging) to buy a raffle ticket.

When a rainy day washes out the family's plans to go see a performance of ""The Sleeping Beagle"" on the Show Boat, PB&J decide to stage their OWN performance of the story.
