La Lídia ha tornat del Brasil perquè ha acabat la seva feina allà i es troba a l'etapa final del seu embaràs amb el Lopes. El David creu que la Lídia ha tornat per crear una família i li recomana al Lopes que marxi per evitar problemes. El Lopes està molt il·lusionat amb el naixement de la seva filla i acompanya a la Lídia a tot arreu, però comença a dubtar del que realment vol fer en el futur. La cosa encara es complica més quan la Lídia trenca aigües a casa dels nois i ha de tenir un part natural allà mateix. Per altra banda, el Pol i la Carbonell s'enfronten a l'Emma i al Ramon en un concurs de televisió per guanyar un viatge a les Illes Fiji.
