En Lopes es queixa a en David sobre la presència de la Carbonell a la casa. En David, per treure-se'l de sobre, li diu que se n'aprofiti i posi la seva roba bruta a la galleda d'en David perquè la Carbonell també la renti. La Carbonell s'adona que l'han enganyada i es declara en vaga indefinida. Paral·lelament, l'Emma agafa por veient la pel·lícula "Al final de la escalera" i el David intenta aprofitar-se'n per anar al llit amb ella, però el Lopes s'ofereix per dormir al sofà i talla el rotllo al David. L'endemà, tant el Pol al David com el Ramon al Lopes, els convencen que el que volia realment l'Emma era muntar un trio amb ells.De nit els dos companys de pis posen els matalassos al terra del menjador, amb un casset fan por a l'Emma i aconsegueixen passar la nit tots tres al mateix llit. Tot i amb això, a l'hora de la veritat no s'atreveixen a fer res. Al matí, l'Emma deixa clar a la Carbonell que ella volia fer un trio. Posteriorment, quan el Lopes està a punt de fer fora la Carbonell, s'assabenta que ella és amiga íntima del Charlton Heston, el seu ídol, i decideix repensar-s'ho.
