Greg and Kristin's house used to be a perfect fit, but five kids later, it's bursting at the seams. The busy family is desperate for a sprawling suburban home where everyone will have a room of their own. But Mom and Dad have no time for house hunting. Not to mention their well-worn kid-centric home is overrun with toys and won't fetch the money they need to afford their dream home. Enter Drew and Jonathan Scott. The brothers are determined to turn things around for this great family. Jonathan starts with a makeover destined to transform the couple's home into a sophisticated adult-friendly space, but the bathroom demolition reveals a major surprise. Meanwhile, Drew's challenge is to find a spacious six-bedroom home on a limited budget. And Greg and Kristin soon realize they may have to sacrifice their preferred location to get everything else on their wish list.
