Sunita & David

Sunita and David are desperate for more space, but their current home's overcrowded interiors are holding them back. With two kids and no storage space, the house is overrun with toys and David's hobbies. The couple is hoping to find a larger house in their up-and-coming community, but with rising property values they may be in for sticker shock. And there's even more on the line since they've got just two-months to sell before a major financial deadline could cost them big money. The Property Brothers step in to turn things around. And as Jonathan tackles a sophisticated overhaul of the couple's diminutive home, Drew is determined to find them a spacious dream property that fits their budget and their wish list. Jonathan kicks off demolition day with a frightening discovery inside a kitchen wall. And as Drew leads the couple's house hunt, Sunita comes to realize that paying less for a home will mean spending way more time in her car.
