Drew and Jonathan step in with a design plan to transform the tired property into a showpiece, and to make the couple's dream of a beautiful move-in ready home a reality. The budget immediately takes a hit when Jonathan uncovers a costly fix during the kitchen demo. Meanwhile, it's up to Drew to find a luxurious suburban home in the couple's exclusive waterfront neighborhood. And while a frugal Rob is determined to stick to the budget, compromise is the name of the game.
