Insurgent Troops Led by Bi Dam in Confrontation with Seon Deok
Yeom Jong sets up a scene making Bi Dam believe that Seon Deok is after his life. In his anger, he leads the insurgent troops to take Myeonghwalsan Fortress, confronting with the power of Seon Deok. Bi Dam continues to rope in the nobles and the people, holding councils of nobles in Seorabeol to discuss about abolishing the title of Queen Seon Deok. The confession letter of Seon Deok finally reaches the hands of Bi Dam but he doesn't believe it and orders his subordinates to investigate, which is stopped by Yeom Jong. Despite knowing that Yeom Jong has been involved in creating this riot, Seon Deok is forced to abolish the title of Bi Dam as Sangdaedeung and declare him the Enemy of the Kingdom.
