The Williams Project
Ian and Mabel Williams live in Preston, MD. They own a beautiful farm house, built in the 1900's. Needless to say, they have a lot of work to do to it. They have renovated their kitchen together and are now ready to totally redo their living room. They want to make the room more efficient and update its look by replacing the old walls with drywall and adding insulation. They also want to tear out the big window in their living room that's driving up their heating bill. While Ian has some experience with home improvement, neither of them has ever installed windows. They need to do their project quickly since both of them have to get back to work. They're allocating 5 thousand dollars to the project.
