Episodes

Ford Cortina / Peugeot
In an emotional journey the workshop team race to bring an ex-rally Ford Cortina Mk1 back to its best, after 20 years off the road. It's owned by a motorsport loving family who all took part in rallying around the world, from Peking to Paris and across the Inca Trail. Now John - Father, husband and regular driver - is in a care home and the family need to sell their beloved car to raise funds for his care. Touched by their story the team get the engine running once again, respray the bonnet and overhaul everything from the brakes to the damaged windscreen. Washing away decades of dirt it is finally rally ready, guaranteeing the car will fetch its best sale price.
A Peugeot 306 GTi hot hatch is fast running out of road, with a ripped sports interior, a leaky roof and dodgy electrics. The crew work flat out to give this nineties icon back its driver appeal, but the car is full of unexpected surprises and the team need to use all their skill to turn nasty niggles around and deliver a fun car for the B roads back to its enthusiastic owner.

Dodge Charger / Baja Bug
The iconic Dodge Charger is a film star car with a massive screen presence in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise and the famous Bullitt car chase. However, the Dodge heading into the workshop has lost its star quality. In the past its owner used the car to raise money for charity by offering dream rides, but now it's in a nightmare state and off the road. It needs a completely retrimmed interior, with a modern upgrade in burgundy leather. The massive V8 engine hasn't run in years and the team troubleshoot the fuel system to find the fault and give the car back its awesome roar.
Also in the workshop is a globetrotting VW Beetle which has been re-imagined as a Baja desert racer. It's been driven to the Himalayas and back, but now it can't get twenty minutes down the road without breaking down. The driver's adventurous days have come to an end, because the engine is kaput and the car lacks an internal roll cage to keep her safe as she heads offroad. Can the workshop crew get the Baja running again and build a bespoke cage for its thrill-seeking owner?

Jaguar Saloon / Mini
A social media star Mini has lost its shine - with a damaged seat, dodgy suspension and unreliable engine. The whole team focus on the repairs but they also have their hands full with a vintage Jaguar which can't steer or brake.

Beach Buggy / Ford Escort Estate
A VW Buggy is off the road with shaky steering and a graunchy gearchange, can the team get it beach ready for the Summer? The workshop also grapple with a Fast Ford which suffered a bad rear-end shunt and needs bodywork and a respray.

BMW Convertible / Triumph Herald
Can a Triumph Herald with terrible bodywork be saved from the crusher by cutting out the rust and giving it a full respray? A BMW convertible has been off the road for years and the team go all out to get it ready again for top-down fun.

Bentley / Leyland Princess
A Bentley tourer is a British icon. But good looks and performance are no use if the brakes fail and the electrics are faulty. A Leyland Princess completes the car royalty in the workshop and needs a full conversion to run unleaded fuel.

Ford Popular & Toyota Corona
A Ford Popular arrives and the team tackle the dodgy brakes, before sprucing up the interior and exterior to give this classic a 21st century makeover. A custom Corona imported from Japan offers a big bodywork and cabin challenge

Hot Rod and Jaguar
A glamourous Jaguar XK150 sports car, owned by the same driver for 50 years, is way down on power. The team diagnose an unexpected and dangerous fault. A hotrod which has been grounded for months gets a chance to cruise once again.

Morris Minor and Thunderbird
A 1950s Ford Thunderbird has lost its spark and needs a total electrical upgrade to make it safe and reliable for the 21st century. It's joined by a Morris Minor which drops oil everywhere and shows signs of severe engine wear.

Triumph and Rover
You can't beat a Triumph Spitfire for top-down fun, but this project car - bought as a box of bits - will be a massive mission to get back on the road. A family heirloom Rover P5 also needs serious attention from the workshop crew.
