Season 1
Rugal is about an elite detective who attempts to bring down a nationwide criminal organization named Argos. In the process, he ends up being targeted by the powerful criminals behind Argos, and not only does he lose his beloved wife and both of his eyes, but he is also framed for murder. After receiving a set of artificial eyes with special abilities created using biotechnology developed by an organization named Rugal, he sets out on a quest to wipe out the criminal organization responsible for his suffering.

Ki Bum's disobedience comes with consequences. When Deuk Goo unleashes chaos at a jazz club, Lee Kwang Chul faces a chilling situation.
Episode 5
Left with no one to trust, Choi Ye Won realizes she needs protection. An alarming package leads the team toward a horrific ARGOS hideout.

After planting a listening device, Ki Bum makes an unexpected discovery. Han Tae Woong recalls the tragedy that brought him to RUGAL.

A high-level RUGAL employee is kidnapped. Song Mi Na sets out to bring him back, but soon comes across trouble of her own.

Ki Bum finds himself trapped. While trying to pinpoint his whereabouts, the team ends up at a crowded park — and witnesses a scene of terror.
Episode 9
Across the city, dead bodies crop up wearing signs that accuse Ki Bum of murder. Tae Woong delivers an ARGOS boss to the police.
Episode 10
Ki Bum loses control of his eyes, which have taken on a life of their own. Deuk Goo shocks RUGAL when he delivers a sinister message.
Episode 11
With a bus full of civilian hostages on the line, Ki Bum knows he must face Deuk Goo alone. Bong Man Chul grapples with an ultimatum.
Episode 12
The RUGAL team rise to fame as masked heroes against ARGOS, which has become public enemy No. 1. Deuk Goo makes an unanticipated move.
Episode 13
Needing answers from Deuk Goo, Ki Bum frees him from the police. A tragedy leads to revelations of secrets that Choi Geun Chul has been keeping.
Episode 14
Ki Bum resists when his eyes begin directing him to kill indiscriminately, and looks for access to a video of RUGAL's beginnings.
Episode 15
Soon after Ki Bum wakes up with no memories, a worrying turn of events threatens the team. Meanwhile, Ye Won witnesses Deuk goo's fearsome power.
Episode 16
Tae Woong learns the whole truth in a painful confrontation with Geun Chul. Ki Bum vows to put an end to Deuk Goo once and for all.
