Sundukova decided to get rid of the aged neigbour. At night they came into the room to sleeping, hammered with it into the top of the head of carnations and, having collected belongings, left all family for rest. And the neigbour, having woken up in the morning from terrible noise, I tried to define its source and suddenly I understood that accepts... radio signals. Vera Sergeyevna, the first about a phenomenon, Masha Palkina whom that had the cousin grandmother learned. And then scientists, television, and also bodies of state security became interested in it...

Venediktov and Masha receive a task to find yetis who were found in vicinities of Nefteyugansk where only by plane it is possible to reach. Journalists are compelled to become parachutists to appear in the right place. They manage to find humanoids, to contact with them and to reveal their surprising secret.

At night on the parking close to a cemetery and a hospital mortuary, three risen dead persons came and, without paying attention to firing of the security guard who thrust in them some bullets from the gun, hijacked three foreign cars.

Lev Venediktov and Masha Palkina receive a task from the editor-in-chief to be engaged in investigation of this history. As a result they manage to catch several "zombies" in the act... However, instead of "chilling mysticism", the newspaper receives an official message of thanks from bodies of prosecutor's office for the help in detention of car thieves mystifiers.

(The plot is taken from the criminal chronicle) "Night. Gate. Lamp as светляк. The uncle Hryak wanders down the street..." - the horror story May about a pig werewolf, attacking night passersby so begins. "The person pig kidnapped the editor-in-chief". "Ballots were destroyed by the person pig!"

"The person pig gobbled up 2 tons of oranges!" - And it already names of articles with which strips of different newspapers dazzle.

with which god ordered to be engaged in this werewolf, are silent? - the editor-in-chief Smelov is indignant. And again Venediktov with Masha with passion undertake journalistic investigation. The outcome is unexpected, though without any mysticism.

Angered on Venediktov and Palkina that they, wishing to get to the bottom of the truth, spoiled to it effective materials for the publication, the editor-in-chief Smelov sends them with a little humiliating task: to photograph and describe the mushroom giant found in vicinities of Ugryumovsk. Journalists didn't expect that this trip will become the reason of the unexpected and surprising adventures connected with penetration into an abnormal Zone.

Having appeared in Sohn, Venediktov and Masha together with the Stalker, that is the Conductor, escape from the armed pursuit, go on a rusty narrow-gage railway on the creaking trolley, go up to a breast in a bog and, at last, appear in the settlement of Zagibalovo where meet strange inhabitants of the Zone and very unusual environment of their dwelling. Here to Masha Palkina the first love comes: she falls in love with the local guy - the seller of shop. And anything unusual wouldn't be in this love if the guy didn't appear... centaur.

The woods and lakes which are in Sohn are full of miracles and riddles. In this fantastic atmosphere in Masha's soul the first love arises.

There comes the sad moment of farewell to inhabitants of the Zone. On the way home heroes should participate in dangerous adventures. The song brought from the Zone about color snow becomes an award for the endured fears.

In one of Petersburg apartments the unusual brownie was brought. He drinks all alcohol in the house where his owners wouldn't hide a bottle. As a result they can't even celebrate, properly, at a table public and personal holidays. Journalists come to the rescue of poor fellows and arrange the real hunting for the brownie. As always, as a result they appear the victims of the next fraud. In parallel with their investigations, the Russkiye Strashilki newspaper joins in campaign for promotion of the editor-in-chief Pyotr Smelov by the deputy in City Council.

Mysterious death of patients become a misfortune of city hospital. Correspondents of "The Russian horror stories" undertake to explain this phenomenon.

Masha Palkina dreams to make of the dear friend - a centaur of Yura Gorbunov who lives in the settlement of Zagibalovo, the full-fledged person. For this purpose she suits it in the certain closed research center where are engaged in development of ways of cloning. Scientists are going to clone human part of Gorbunov that then to use bodies from a donor clone for the subsequent operation on separation of the person from a horse. However results of experiment don't suit scientists: instead of a full-fledged clone at them at first some "Tyani-Tolkay", then the same centaur, as well as Gorbunov turns out. However the clonings which are fanatically betrayed to idea, scientists are going to continue experiments to the bitter end. And Yura Gorbunov, having got acquainted with the clone, like to it fraternal affection and to rescue that from "utilization", makes with it escape from clinic. And here two brothers centaurs rush across St. Petersburg, admiring its beauty. And at this time they are searched already actively by city militia...

On the farm at the old teacher lodged... aliens. Contacting with the owner, they assume an air of the well-known people of the past: philosophers, commanders, writers and their characters. Journalists could be convinced of it, having arrived to the farm. And then they managed to reveal a secret of this miracle. To all water of the stream proceeding a row which became the reason of emergence of phantoms appeared fault.

The metal suitcase with foreign inscriptions in a random way falls into hands of journalists. In it there are separated, numbered skeleton bones, and also an ancient varnish miniature with Pyotr's portrait 1. Whose is a skeleton, which length - more than two meters?

Search of truth brings journalists to the old woman, whose father was close familiar with the first Soviet commandant of the Peter and Paul Fortress, and her story transfers us to the first postrevolutionary years...

The new trouble came to the settlement of Zagibalovo which became a scene of action of several series of "Horror stories": to them carry for burial waste from Mexico. Journalists come to the rescue of the friends from "zone". Together with them they will organize a cordon on tank transits with waste. However artful representatives of the interested firm and selling heads of area manage to discredit journalists and to convince the population of safety of waste. The tank comes to Zagibalovsky chemical plant. However for speculators and bribe takers it appears Pyrrhic victory: the tank was not tight, and contact with the Mexican substance has an effect in the most unexpected way.

In the city museum miracles began to occur: from cloths of the well-known artists details and characters started vanishing. Venediktov and Masha are involved in investigation which comes to an end with an unusual opening day.

The witch lodged in the dense woods surrounding the village of Blerovo. In an izba on the kuryikh feet, it rushes on the wood, frightening local population. Journalists from "Horror stories" are let on searches of the witch. They manage to find its trace, and then and to appear at it in captivity. The witch at acquaintance appears the witcher for whom himself given out by the ingenious inventor Bilibin. Having offered the state departments the mass of the most original inventions, it became for officials means of a profit. And when bandits became interested in it, became compelled to disappear from all in the woods...

In the neighborhood of the city of Suysk there are surprising things. That the thunder-storm, burns down one or several houses. But also it doesn't rescue them from danger. The unexpected help comes to the latest moment...

He thought the party management as the ideal city with ideal people - builders of new society. Thus ways of psychotropic impact on young participants of shock Komsomol building for the first time were applied.
