Season 1
Episodes
Nisswa Cabin
When a family's inherited 60-year-old lakeside cabin needs updating and more room for gatherings, brothers Chase and Brock Jurgensen blow out the back wall to take over the huge porch. Now bright with a cozy wraparound view of the lake, the rustic-modern interior features a breakfast bar and touches of branches, barnwood and cables, while outside is a new pergola and handmade barnwood table for fair weather meals.
Time Capsule Cabin
Brock and Chase update a fourth-generation family cabin on Lake Charlotte, Minnesota. They give one room a bigger feel with new paint and a custom barnwood-framed window, and a breakfast nook adds a great space for family gatherings.
Cozy Traditional Cabin
Chase and Brock transform a lackluster 1990s-looking family cabin by giving it a beautiful open floor plan. The living room, dining area and kitchen come alive when the brothers add a large center island with handmade wood stools and ceiling beams designed to look like original timber framing.
Quonset Hut to Guest House
Chase and Brock use salvaged items and reclaimed materials to create bright, fully functional guest quarters in the dark, unsafe storage space of an original World War II Quonset hut. The sleeping area features custom beds, and the kitchen is built out with handmade butcher block countertops.
Bright Lake House
Brock and Chase are giving a lake house much-needed updates, starting with getting rid of the rubber flooring, carpet and dated accordion door. Then, Brock creates one-of-a-kind barnwood wall art and sliding barnwood doors to give the bright modern home rustic charm.
Midcentury Modern Rustic
Brock and Chase tackle a lake house and turn it into a midcentury modern oasis by giving the existing fireplace an easy-to-use gas insert and creating a custom entertainment center with a barnwood backdrop.
Retro to Rustic
Brock and Chase gut a lakeside guesthouse and give it a floor-to-ceiling rustic overhaul; they replace laminate flooring with wood, add a custom, live-edge kitchen island and add a hand-milled timber door frame to accent the main room.
Rustic on the River
Brock and Chase tackle an old river cabin, transforming the living space with timber beams, wood floors and an entertainment center; a wood slat wall defines the space and is accented by a black-walnut kitchen island with hand-wrought metal legs.
Open Concept Cabin
Chase and Brock transform a dark 1950s cabin to give a family the entertaining space they've always wanted; they remove paneling and knock down walls to create an open kitchen for the living area, dining room and lakefront patio.
Lakeside Scenic Porch Redo
Chase and Brock transform an uninviting porch into a warm and rustic family gathering space by adding reclaimed barn wood to the ceiling, rough-sawn hardwood flooring and a huge sliding door looking toward the lake.

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
