Gert mobilizes the gang to lift his spirit, brainstorming about a tribute, ultimately agreeing to have a statue of the mayor made. Van Leemhuyzen, who just took up photography as a hobby, hopes to win a prize with a shot of a monkey. He was to pass the mayor's picture to the sculpture, but the portraits get mixed up.
