Frome
Three competing homeowners in Frome, Somerset, snoop around each other's houses looking for inspiration on how to improve their own. Armed with what they've learned and expert advice from Amanda Lamb, they have one week and £1000 to get their homes ready for market. Peter and Jo declutter their cosy cottage kitchen and create a playroom. Paul and Christina make their dining room family friendly. Joanna makes the outside of her Victorian town house as handsome as its interior.
Surrey
In Surrey, three rival sellers are all competing to win an offer from buyers Nosheen and Shaheen, who are on the hunt for a new home. After snooping around each other's houses, Amanda gives each seller design ideas, £1000 and a week in which to improve their properties. Nadia and Osman bring seventies vibrancy to their bland town house living room and create a memorable dining room in the old garage. Vera brings boutique hotel glamour to her bedroom and revitalises her tired bathroom. Blair and Tammi turn a boring office into a deluxe bedroom and give their tired conservatory a jaunty nautical twist.
West Sussex
In West Sussex, three competing sellers snoop round each other's houses searching for inspiration on how to improve their own. Indie needs to create a lounge from scratch in an old post office room. Rosemary and Clare hope to bring brightness to their lounge and kitchen. And Richard needs to revamp his blokey house.
North Surrey
Three rival sellers in north Surrey take design ideas from Amanda Lamb on how best to improve their homes to try and clinch a sale from buyer Samantha. First they snoop around each other's houses in search of inspiration, then they are given £1000 and a week to make changes. Emma and Jason need to transform the 'pub' in their garden into a useful workspace and bring the tatty bedrooms up to scratch. David and Mary bring an oriental theme to their bland new build, and Sharon and Sam need to update the apple-green walls of their dated bungalow.
North Wessex
Three competing homeowners in North Wessex snoop around each other's houses looking for inspiration on how to improve their own. Armed with what they've learned and expert advice from Amanda Lamb, they'll get a week and £1000 before buyer Hollie comes to view. Anne proves a little money can go a long way by bringing colour to her garden, revamps her summer house and updates her daughter's bedroom. Christine and John must make their cottage cosier by focusing on the mismatched dining room, and Kathy and Steve create a new downstairs bedroom from an underused snug and bring grandeur to their lounge.
Somerset
Amanda helps three Somerset property owners give their houses a ready-to-market makeover. Yvonne and Jerry update the decor of their master bedroom. Jeanna and Andrew do some work on their bedrooms. And Julie and Alex smarten up their living room. Will the effort be enough to win an offer from young professionals Julian and Shelly, who want to move out of London for a taste of country life?
Berkshire
Amanda is in Berkshire helping three house sellers give their homes a ready-to-market makeover in a bid to win an offer from buyer Ellie. Chris and Fiona must de-chintz their bedroom. Natalie and Oliver decide to remove the burlesque dancing pole from their bedroom and hide the lizards in the lounge. And Joey and Lisa look to banish the beige from their lounge.
Newport
In Newport, Wales, three rival sellers improve their homes as they try to clinch a bid from buyer Anthea. Matt and Vicky need to add some contemporary colours to their bland house. Roger and Kath are advised to apply a unifying art deco theme to their mismatched decor. And Jodi and Alex must create a third bedroom.
