His plan is to cast a wide net appealing to the local, LA and international communities with target marketing. And broker David Bailey's hard-to-please client and long-time friend Joni Rim is relocating to the West Coast and is in need of a $1 to $1.5 million condo near Beverly Hills' Golden Triangle.
Career Making Clients
After bringing a small distressed property to a mega investor client, the pressure's on for Steven Aaron to advise on construction/design and pricing, but if his market advice misses the mark, his client will be saddled with a bad investment and will question their current go-to broker. Core's Richard Lupia Jr. has to find a short-term lease for actor Stephen Baldwin, who is moving to LA for his new TV show, but the actor's constantly changing wish-list makes this search anything but an sure thing.
Paradise Found
Two agents' mega client has decided to unload nearly $10 million in challenging properties on Catalina Island. While the real estate pros jump at the chance, they'll have to come up with a plan to overcome locale or they'll be left floundering. And veteran property expert David Bailey's difficult client needs to find a $4 to $5 million home with two specific requirements: it must be a one-story home and be within walking distance to his paradise - the golf club.
Time Constraints
Agent Barbara Koutnik has her hands full with actor Dennis Franz's Santa Barbara investment property. A 2012 Design Home, the pocket listing will play host to dozens of events over the next several months, preventing Barbara from fully putting it on the market. If Barbara can spin her client's scheduled events and photo shoots as marketing, she hopes to get an interested buyer on the hook to close before the end of the year. Meanwhile, agent Merrie Kung has been given 30 days to find her new client a new stateside nest for his wife and baby-to-be. But as a jet setting foreign record producer, he's rarely around to look.

An important client recruits Merrie Kung to help him diversify his investment portfolio with a three-bedroom rental property in Westwood on a million dollar budget, a tall order. Meanwhile, Vanessa Fitzgerald's client looks for a non-traditional office space for his music company. He wants it to be a work/live space with the amenities of a condo building.
Home Court Advantage
Core's Richard Lupia must find NBA star Matt Barnes and his wife Gloria an estate in the Valley, but after his client is traded to the Clippers, the couple decides to stay closer to his practice facilities in the South Bay causing the search to abruptly change course. And, when Kofi Natei Nartey's client refuses to let him have an open house, he decides to market the listing through local businesses in the Playa Vista community. Kofi, who is also a resident of the community, hopes for a slam-dunk and become the go-to agent for the area's residents.
The LA Scene
Kennon Earl has been asked to find magazine mogul Mark Kurian a home in the Hollywood Hills to increase his presence on the LA scene. And Katy Landrum has been tasked to sell 30 modern Venice lofts for new developer client Pat Ayau. Catering to a new movement of Geek Chic on the west side of the city, she hopes she can get capitalize on what will become Silicon Beach.
Helping Out
When broker Rob Aigner hears of an agent in his Santa Barbara office is in despair, he decides to help dually market the property in LA as a home away from home. And back in LA, Kofi Natei Nartey gets a client through one of his networking groups, and vows to help them find a home near Redondo Beach before their upcoming wedding.

The Big Fat Quiz
The Big Fat Quiz is an annual British television programme broadcast on the last Sunday of the year on Channel 4. Essentially, the show is a comedy panel show in the style of a pub quiz. Three teams, of two celebrities each, are asked questions relating to the events of the year just gone by, which they write answers to on an electronic board in front of them. At the end of each round, they then display their answers, scoring a point for each correct one. The first edition was broadcast in December 2004. There has been another at the end of each year since, as well as a special edition in November 2007 for Channel 4's 25th anniversary celebrations.
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon
The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon is a spinoff series set in The Walking Dead Universe that centers around the eponymous character.
