It's another heated summer for Nest Seekers, and the competition between JB and Peggy continues as JB moves on a listing that was once Peggy's. Also, JB learns that a client's daughter is in a position to cost him millions of dollars of business.
Shelter Skelter
The Nest Seekers dynamic gets rattled with two new additions to the team. JB tries to figure out how to work with Ashley, but it's doing more harm than good as he tries to keep her dad's portfolio of business.
Daddy Issues
The drama continues on Shelter Island as Michael and Dylan reach explosive levels of aggression. And just as things begin to calm down, Peggy arrives and it's round two as she and JB make digs at each other.
The Boys Club
In an unexpected twist, Michael and Dylan connect over their mutual frustration with JB. Ashley hosts a party at her dad's house to bring the team together for some fun, but her attempt to mend fences with Peggy doesn't go as smoothly as she hoped.
Deals in Heels
Peggy meets with the big boss to let him know she will not be taken off a property she's worked hard for, and that she won't back down. Also, Dylan invites Mia to tour a historic spot in Montauk that could be a great deal for both of them.
Enemy Territory
Dylan invites Mia and Ashley to Montauk for a day of surfing, and to quiz Ashley about her dad's portfolio. Michael is doing all he can to secure properties for his billionaire client, including connecting with a competitor who might bring opportunities.
Let's Dance
As dinner continues, it's Mia vs. Sara in an epic showdown, but Ashley's had enough and threatens to give her dad's portfolio to Sara. Then, Sara and Ashley connect on neutral ground to discuss their possible collaboration.
End of the Road
The North Fork adventures continue with everyone playing nice but keeping their distance. And as the season wraps up, Peggy throws a fabulous open house at the property she and JB are both representing, and shares news that shocks the Nest Seekers agents.
