Game Night
Joker's Wild, it's Game Night at Ingrid Hoffmann's! Ingrid and a small group of friends hit the jackpot with a menu of Cheese Arepitas and savory Latin Burgers, and everyone's a winner at the end of a Game Night with Domino Brownies, sweet with caramels and chocolate.
Tex Mex Comfort Food
Ingrid combines two of her favorite comfort cuisines -- spicy Mexican food and down-home American cooking -- for a finger-licking good Tex-Mex menu that includes super-savory Pulled Pork Quesadillas and a Southern Fried Apple Chimichanga for dessert.
Tapas and Paella
Just like the gypsy dance, Ingrid Hoffmann's flamenco menu is full of passion and kick! With classic Spanish tapas like Fried Olives and the Spanish Tortilla, this menu also has Ingrid's version of Spain's most famous dish, the Paella.
Everglades Picnic
Ingrid Hoffmann celebrates the natural beauty of Florida by taking an airboat ride out to the Everglades for a picnic. In honor of Miami's Cuban culture, Ingrid packs pork Cuban Sandwiches and a refreshing Avocado, Artichoke Hearts and Hearts of Palm Salad.
Choco Loco
Ingrid Hoffmann has a craving for chocolate and invites a few friends over for a menu that's all about chocolate. A savory Chicken Mole and a fluffy Chocolate Mousse are one wonderful way to satisfy the chocolate urge.

It's TV dinnertime at Ingrid Hoffmann's house! Ingrid has a few friends over to watch favorite television shows and eat finger food like Fastest-Ever Enchiladas and Avocado, Cilantro Tostaditas with Corn Salsa, and drink a minty Beautifying Betty Martini.
Puebla, Mexico
Ingrid Hoffmann pays homage to one of Mexico's queen cities, Puebla, as she prepares a traditional Mexican Corn Soup and Mexican Pulled Pork. To toast Puebla, Ingrid makes a Dove Cocktail, sweet with tropical juices and spiked with tequila.
Farmer's Market
Ingrid Hoffmann visits a farmer's market and picks out the freshest ingredients for an inspired dinner for four. Roasted vegetables, like squashes and peppers, color her Hot Salad and a Mexican Tortilla Tower is chock-full of fresh chiles, broccoli and tomatoes.
Brunch
Ingrid Hoffmann invites a few friends over for a relaxing brunch and spoils them with a flavorful Frittata Antiquena, rich Yucca Buns and a homemade Pineapple Marmelade. To capture the mood, Ingrid also offers a Latin Bellini drink, bubbling with champagne and sweet with mango.
Miami Nights
For Ingrid Hoffmann, nothing says Miami like the 8th Street night life and Cuban food. In honor of her home city, Ingrid hosts a large, lively dinner party and prepares Yucca with Cuban Mojo and Shredded Steak with Peppers, Onions and Tomatoes as nod to Cuban cuisine.
Family Reunion
Ingrid Hoffmann pulls out all the stops for her loved ones during a family reunion dinner, making a chorizo and plantain Latin Lasagna and crunchy asparagus Campfire Salad. The family raises glasses of Mandarin Orange Champagne Cocktail to top off the party.
Gaucho Grilling
Ingrid Hoffmann lights up with an Argentine grilling party. All the best-loved Gaucho dishes are on the menu, from a Three-Way Argentinean Steak with Chimichuri and sweet dulce de leche Alfajores cookies for dessert.
