Sumru has left behind the twins she gave birth to years ago and started a new life and family with Samet Şansalan, one of the wealthiest people in Cappadocia. Nuh and Melek, who have grown up unaware of their mother's identity for years, are faced with this reality on their most painful day. With a rage that has accumulated over the years, they come to Cappadocia, leaving their hometown and everything behind. Samet Şansalan's eldest son from his first marriage, Cihan, comes to visit his family. Although he thinks that this will be a short visit, he finds himself in the midst of his father and aunt Hikmet’s plans. Hikmet's daughter Sevilay does not like her role in this plan one bit. The possibility of Cihan staying in Cappadocia upsets many people, including his jealous half-brother Esat. Coming to town to confront their mother, Nuh and Melek unexpectedly cross paths with Cihan and Sevilay. However, the twins will experience real surprise when they face their mother, Sumru.
