Sport Relief host Paddy McGuinness walks, jogs and rows from his home to the Sport Relief studio in Salford. In this hour-long special, Paddy gets viewers pumped and ready for the big night of TV with exclusive previews of Sport Relief 2018 must-see moments and a look back at some of the best bits of Sport Relief gone by, all accompanied by funny challenges, celebrity appearances and fundraising films showing just how hard people work to raise money for such a wonderful cause.

Sport Relief 2018 - Part 1
Sport Relief is back for 2018 bringing a bumper night of entertainment, music and comedy to BBC One and for the first time the show will come live from Salford.
The mayhem begins from 7pm as Gary Lineker, Davina McCall and Ore Oduba welcome viewers. Throughout the night Paddy McGuinness, Claudia Winkleman and Freddie Flintoff will also take on presenting duties as the fun rolls into the early hours.
A host of famous faces will come together for the big night of TV with some stepping into new and unfamiliar territory all in the name of entertainment and fundraising.
Viewers are in for a treat, as Celebrity Boxing makes a comeback. Six fearless celebrities will don their gloves and take to the ring in a series of bouts. Wayne Bridge faces Spencer Matthews, Hannah Spearritt goes head to head with Vanessa White and Camilla Thurlow takes on Helen Skelton - mouth guards at the ready!
During the jam packed evening, comedian John Bishop will take on a role he could only have dreamt of as he sets out on a mission to help England win the World Cup. We'll see a special Clash Of The Channels Boat Race and Quizmaster Sue Barker hosts a special edition of A Question of Sport.
There will be regular visits outside the studio to 5-Live-A-Side where Robbie Savage's celebrity all-star five-a-side football team attempt a whopping twelve hours of non-stop football.
Strictly Come Dancing brings even more glitz and glamour to the evening as three football legends Alex Scott, Chris Kamara and David Ginola don their sequins to show us their fancy footwork.
Throughout the night, there will be a look into how money raised through Sport Relief can help vulnerable people in the UK and across the world live happier, healthier, safer lives, through several appeal films with a special focus this year on maternal health, malaria and mental health.
Sport Relief 2018 - Part 2
Davina McCall joins Andrew 'Freddie' Flintoff as Sport Relief 2018 reaches its conclusion. There are two more big Celebrity Boxing bouts and the climax of the non-stop football marathon, with Robbie Savage's All Stars completing 12 hours of play against teams from the FA People's Cup. There is also the climax to A Question of Sport Relief and live music from Rae Morris. Plus a special edition of Pop Star Penalties from A League of Their Own, and more from John Bishop and the England team.
Sport Relief 2018 - The Best Bits
Ore Oduba looks back at an extraordinary night of entertainment and fundraising as the UK got behind Sport Relief 2018. Highlights include Michael McIntyre giving Sir Andy Murray the shock of his life while he is fast asleep in a special edition of the Midnight Gameshow, and John Bishop trying to help Gareth Southgate and the England players ahead of this summer's World Cup with comical consequences. Football legends hit the dance floor in Strictly Come Dancing from Wembley Arena, while the BBC and ITV go head to head in Sport Relief's Celebrity Boat Race. Big Shaq and Paddy McGuiness go mic to mic in a live rap battle, and there's a very special sub-aqua performance from Rob Brydon and the cast of Swimming with Men. Six brave celebrities put themselves to the ultimate test in the return of Celebrity Boxing and Frank Skinner, Ed Balls, Paddy McGuiness and Denise Lewis join the regulars in a Question of Sport Relief.

When Calls the Heart
When Calls the Heart is inspired by Janette Oke's bestselling book series about the Canadian West, the series tells the captivating story of Elizabeth Thatcher, a young teacher accustomed to her high society life, who receives her first classroom assignment in Coal Valley, a small coal mining town where life is simple, but often fraught with challenges. Upon arrival, Elizabeth befriends Abigail Stanton, a wife and mother whose husband, the foreman of the mine, along with a dozen other miners, has just been killed in an explosion. The newly widowed women find their faith is tested when they must go to work in the mines to keep a roof over their heads. Set against the wild canvas of a 19th century coal town, Elizabeth will have to learn the ways of the frontier if she wishes to thrive in the rural west on her own.
Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
