And can they get that elusive five star rating from their guests? And to make matters worse, one of the guests is an undercover hotel inspector. In a last ditch effort they choose to offer a meet and greet welcome with drinks and nibbles, makeover a room into a Cornish love cove and take their guests for some extra special ice cream.
