Spanish Property Choice have three properties to show them for their 140,000 euro budget. But it's not all work, work, work; Shaun has planned a special surprise for his mum Sharon. Meanwhile in Alicante, Damian Cullinan from Belfast has had enough of the Irish weather and is looking for an apartment on the Costa Blanca. But Damian has already viewed over 100 properties so Linda is going to have to work hard to convince him to part with his cash.
