They've made the brave move to design and build their own property from scratch, but agreeing on a style isn't so easy. Meanwhile, back at the office, new clients Ken and Heather Ward have a starting budget of 150,000 euros to buy a country property with enough land to drive a tractor. Up the coast in Alicante, Casas Manuel are showing retired nurse Janet Batchelor three properties. Ideally Janet would like at least two bedrooms and a communal pool for her 140,000 euro budget. Can husband and wife team Linda and Manuel find her perfect match?
