A millionaire house hunter presents a challenge for husband and wife duo Manuel and Linda Rodriguez. Texan tycoon David Harter made his fortune in oil and real estate, and is now looking to splash a slice of that cash on a high-end beach apartment in Alicante. Can Manuel and Linda find this real life JR Ewing his very own Spanish Southfork? In Almeria, recently engaged Bill and Janice are looking for a two-bed house by the sea where they can start a new life. They're determined to be by the beach - but finding a sea view on a modest budget of €80,000 will require every ounce of estate agent Shaun Garner's skills. Away from the sales action, Linda Rodriguez decides to surprise the rest of the Rodriguez clan by commissioning a family portrait for the office.

In Almeria, Sharon and Steve Garner help 63-year-old cycling enthusiast Tony find a place he can retire to, with enough space to play host to his five grandchildren. In Alicante, Linda and Manuel Rodriguez are hard at work helping Irish house-hunters David and Marion find a holiday home for their budget of €200,000. However, David can't stay in the sun for any length of time, which poses quite a challenge when house hunting in Spain! Back in the office, desk space is at a premium, but Linda and Manuel's youngest daughter Charlotte is ready to return to work after maternity leave, and Manuel is determined to find her a space.

In Alicante, retired couple Gary and Jan Taylor from Pontypool are looking for a property with enough outside space for their nineteen grandchildren and great grandchildren to enjoy. Gary and Jan's budget is a modest €55,000, meaning estate agent Linda Rodriguez needs all her nous to find them their perfect place. And Shaun decides it's time to revamp the Garners' social media strategy.

In Alicante, retired party animals Lorraine and John are looking for a holiday home where they can enjoy the quieter side of Spain - or so they say! But estate agent Sophie soon divines that they're not ready to wholly abandon the party lifestyle just yet. Can she find them somewhere that's both peaceful yet close to the action, for their budget of €80,000? And Sharon and Steve's son Shaun prepares to undergo a cosmetic procedure to make his lips fuller.

Away from the sales, Damon and his wife Sophie react badly to the news that Sophie's parents Linda and Manuel are looking to scale back their working hours.

Sophie Rodriguez is helping Alan and Sandra from Carlisle find a retirement retreat in Alicante province with an unusual requirement - this traffic enthusiast wants his new home to be near a busy road! Sophie's husband Damon decides the company's local radio advert is due a revamp, so he enlists the help of the rest of the family to record a brand new commercial. In Almeria, Steve and Shaun Garner are helping John and Janette Moore from Swansea relocate to their own piece of paradise. The couple are looking for plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the al fresco lifestyle. Working to a budget of €150,000, can this father and son team deliver the goods?

Sharon and Shaun Garner are charged with the tricky task of finding a new home for 67-year old Jennifer Rawlings, who is keen to relocate to warmer climes. Armed with a€210,000 budget, Jennifer is looking for a three-bed property with a swimming pool and near the beach. Can the Garners rise to the challenge? Linda Rodriguez teams up with son-in-law Damon, to help Sheffield couple Pete and Sue find a holiday home in Alicante province for their budget of €150,000. Pete and Sue have been together since they were 15... but that doesn't necessarily mean they can they agree on the perfect property.

Sharon and Steve Garner are helping adventurous Cambridge couple Lindsay and Gary find a holiday home in Almeria that they can eventually retire to. But there's one deal-breaker - it has to be on the beach. And with a budget of €120,000, that proves to be a tough ask. In Alicante, Damon's clients are childhood sweethearts Lana and Pete from Edinburgh, who are looking for a winter bolthole to suit them, their grandchildren and their precious pup Charlie... all for a budget of €100,000. And have Damon's in-laws Manuel and Linda bitten off more than they can chew when they volunteer to babysit all their five grandchildren at once?

Shaun Garner is helping Emma and Neil from Reading, who are looking for a permanent home in the sun that can also double up as a B&B. Shaun's parents Sharon and Steve are taking a rare holiday, but it's the first time they've left the office in the hands of the more junior staff. In Alicante, Sophie Rodriguez also has a challenge on her hands: finding a three-bed holiday home near the sea for Fife couple Adrian and Marsha. A budget of €120,000 is set, but Adrian and Marsha soon realise they may need to dig a little deeper if Sophie's to deliver them everything they crave.
